Disgusting office, incompetent staff. I received a parcel from Russia, the cost was in the region of 4500-5000 in terms of tenge. I sent back the SAME thing I received on 01.08. The operator offered to send an express for 6023 tenge. motivating the high speed of delivery. As a result, I was retroactively rolled out an additional 3.5 thousand. As a result, I paid 9.5 (!!!) thousand tenge against 5000, for the SAME THING!!! DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS DEPARTMENT!!!
