I picked up the parcel today, everything came in one piece. Delivery from Krasnodar took 12 days (with weekends, of which I was in Moscow for 7 days). Upon arrival, they called from the point, said they could come pick it up. The point was quickly given away, there was no queue (Sunday afternoon)

Not competent employees! They couldn't even arrange the parcel correctly.. Instead of being sent by air, they were sent by land, which does not work for the Russian Federation. There are also no branded packaging boxes, I was given three used boxes from God knows which landfill.. and they packed (threw) in them, for some reason they did not seal tightly, but there were holes in the corners.. Fortunately, everything arrived in one piece. If possible, choose another option.
