Nice office, clean and tidy room. The staff is friendly and patient. During my visit, a courier came in with a dissatisfied customer on the wire - the order turned out to have the wrong address. The manager calmly explained why it happened, felt for the client and completely extinguished the conflict. I am always annoyed by such conflicts, and I really appreciated how calmly the situation was resolved.
