I come, I tell the number and the employee of Ami tells me that she does not agree with the claim and will leave a comment under it, after which she will call as she is answered. I couldn't write to the chat then and as soon as I got home I did it right away. I was told that the staff had misinformed me and should pay me compensation as it was approved and appointed. I spend money on a taxi again, I arrive at the pick-up point and they tell me the same thing - "wait for the call." There was also a dismissive attitude on the part of the male employee, he gave out phrases like "did you say everything?". I was also struck by the phrase from Ami "I will not give you anything without a call from sdek, so anyone from the street can ask for money, I need confirmation." And the irony is that my complaint should be visible on her computer and the refund amount should be written. Of course, I'm not claiming, but if the employees think about me that I'm just trying to take their money, then I can assume that Ami wanted to take my money for herself!!! I don't believe she sent any comment and I have to wait for something (even though I've been waiting 10 business days for the claim to be reviewed) since the sdek company itself did not write to me like this, in this regard, the thought creeps in that perhaps the employee wanted to close the complaint, as if she had given the money, and tell me that the payment was refused to me and take my money for herself.
