They brought 2a sets in a bag and a box and warned that everything needed to be packed!!! They offered to pack it in our box (they wanted to save a little), but the staff refused - they only use SDEK's! We paid for two boxes of SDEK - 65,000 tenge! Everything was ENTRUSTED to the staff, because it was urgently necessary to go, everything was discussed, asked to stick on the packaging-"Glass"! As a result: we received the dishes in our box, the soup tureen and plates were broken, there were no stickers on the packages

Отвратительная доставка в Шымкенте. В город уже месяц как из Астаны посылка поступила,на сайте пишут отдали курьеру и дают номер курьера для связи. Я туда звоню,а этот человек понятия не имеет ни о каких посылках. Месяц я не могу ничего получить. Не знаю как в других городах,но в Шымкенте это ужас.

Хорошая компания.регулярно отправляю посылки из Кз в Россию,отправка занимает 5 минут,доставка дней 10-12,за коробку L сумма доставки выходит 5500
