The delivery of the cargo was delayed - the tag came off instead of sending a photo of the cargo, they opened it and sent a photo of what was inside. Although the invoice should have packed both bags on a pallet and sent them in one place, the payment was accepted for this weight. Absolutely disregard for customers! Their New Year's holiday schedule was posted on the website, but they didn't have the brains to think of it through the app. In the 2GIS application, it showed a normal working day.
