I ordered goods from Russia via ozone with courier delivery, the seller sent the delivery by courier to the door, the goods arrived in Gomel at the delivery point on 26.08 and just lay there for 3 days, contacted the support service on 29.08, where I was informed that the courier does not deliver to Kostyukovka and will be handed over by a partner (Belpost is + 2 working days minimum), to which I asked to make a pickup from the pick-up point. I was informed that since only the sender can change the destination, I searched for a seller in Ozone in Russia for a day, found the Store's website, contacted the manager, found out his number and changed the destination through the SDEK chatbot. The approximate date was set at 30-31.08, i.e. the cargo from the delivery point returned to the sorting and waited there for another 2 days until it was taken to the pick-up point on the street.Rogachevskaya. Arrived on 31.08 at 15-30, working day until 16-00. I arrived on 01.09 at 12:00 the point is closed, with a working schedule in the sun. from 10-00 to 14-00!!!!
Bottom line, pay for delivery, pay for negotiations with the hotline service, eventually agree to pickup, call and find out why your product is lying in the warehouse for days, control that it has left, and get nothing!!! Sharazhmontazh is a garage.
It was necessary to send a package urgently on Sunday. It turned out that of all the points in Gomel, only this one works and up to 2 hours.
A small but neat item. The employee of this point carefully packed my parcel, with stickers "careful, fragile", politely talked, so that I had only pleasant impressions from visiting this SDEC point.
Friendly staff, everything is clear and to the point. No frills) In some places, even the New Year's mood was raised with jokes - but it didn't hurt at all :) They are conveniently located and now I quickly reach the point of departure. They are clean, although the dot looks a little empty in design

I specially allocated a window on time per hour in order to have time to go there and back to pick up a very expected parcel, for which everything was paid in advance and delivery and goods and everything is visible in the notification link, but I got a complete upset. The workers of the point don't care, well, there is no electricity, and okay, why call somewhere to find out what's what and when the electricity problems will be fixed. The service is straight from the "soul", even with a grin, they give out advice that it was necessary to order by courier.
