The best SDEC of all where I have been, even in Moscow, most departments do not pull the level at all. Excellent staff, comfortable room, even coffee is poured))) ideally, it's open 24/7, I've never seen this either))) Good luck!

From the nuances, I recommend checking the cost of sending with the official SDEC calculator in order to avoid discrepancies with the staff regarding the price.
I also advise you to choose the package rate, it is fixed for the size of the box

The most terrible service!!!! It's already 3!!! We can't receive three packages from America for a month! We arrived at the SDEK warehouse in New Castle at the end of November.
The support service rarely responds to the email and does not provide information. The office is dead.
I don't know, it feels like we've lost three parcels.
