The employee incorrectly wrote down the delivery address, and the delivery price suddenly increased during transportation (it turns out that the dimensions of the parcel were also indicated incorrectly) and you can only pay extra in Gomel at this office, otherwise they will not deliver.
I found out about everything by accident, looking into the application, because the delivery was delayed, SDEK did not notify in any way, although these are the shoals of their staff.
A good point, they call and send SMS about the receipt of the parcel. Friendly service. It is located in a good location, there is a public transport stop nearby.
Disgusting service at this point of the company. I sent a parcel to my granddaughter for the new year, sending it cost 2.5 hours of my time thanks to the staff who constantly tried to trick me into money by offering to send it one way or another, forcing me to use their box, while it turned out to be more expensive, although it was initially said that it would be cheaper, all this time I shifted the contents of my box into their then into my own. The department's management was not on site, I received a polite reply to the complaint in the book, with the understanding that no one really understood the issue of my complaint. I highly recommend not to cooperate.

I am waiting for a parcel from Moscow again and every time with a big delay. One receipt date is written in the tracking , but in fact it is 3-4 days longer each time . How do legal entities work with you? Customers are waiting for their orders on time! For not meeting deadlines, I get negative feedback from customers and the same feedback. And for the frequent refusal of the order, and the loss of money!
Everything is just fine. The service is on the level. The specialists are friendly. The delivery is fast. It takes 5 days from Krasnoyarsk to Gomel. And the price tag is acceptable (for Russia) According to Belarusian prices, it is expensive.
They respond rudely, they are not willing to talk about all the nuances of the parcel, the overall impression is negative.

A convenient pick-up point. I sent five very large bags from Moscow. All the contents have arrived in integrity. But all five bags were torn. The handles were torn off in two holes and in all five. It can be seen that they were loaded as carelessly as possible. But this is probably not the point of issue of the claim. At the very point, everything was clearly given out.
I barely found this SDEC item, I wanted to send my friend the purchased flower seeds and liquid fertilizers in small plastic bottles. Did the girl demand certificates of phytocontrol, safety and compliance for both??? Before that, I read the stand while I was waiting, I saw a ban on such goods in air transportation, but in road transportation???... I said that I just bought seeds in the store, I have all the receipts, where did I get the safety certificates?? The girl sent me back to the stand ((( Very strange. The question is not even to a specific point, although I cannot call the service very polite, but to the company. I went to the post office and everything was accepted and sent without a sound. Definitely a fat minus for the company.
The disgusting work of the Gomel pick-up points. I highly do not recommend courier delivery. In my case, they constantly lied on the phone that the parcel was handed over to the courier, postponed the delivery dates of the goods (despite the fact that the parcel had been in Gomel for several days), when I arrived at their pick-up point, they continued to lie that they did not know where my parcel was, the phones of the courier and the management also allegedly did not know. And after calling the Minsk office and the hotline, the parcel was "magically" found at their pick-up point and they handed it to me without even apologizing.
A great company, not without flaws, but everything is solved very quickly. Everything suits me. Special thanks to the manager Denis!!!
