There are boxes for packing parcels in the sale of this item, but they refuse to sell them, they say, only with the order of the service. The argument that I want to pack them at home and then order a courier does not suit them. I called the hotline, and there they explained to me and the consultant, and to some Vyacheslav from the management in Atyrau that the boxes can be sold regardless of the services. The arguments of the Almaty office employee did not work on them))) Vyacheslav megamind motivated the refusal by the fact that there is a SDEK logo on the boxes, and you never know how the boxes will be used!!!!
