Terrible job. We paid for packing the boxes, but in the end no one packed them. The boxes arrived wet. Things are ruined. I do not recommend using these services. Delivery in Moscow is also organized disgusting.
Terrible service, on 09/27/2022, my wife sent me a laptop by express parcel through them from Krasnogorsk, MO to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, they promised to deliver it within 3 days. As a result, they did not deliver, they asked to wait 5 days, allegedly because of the loading of parcels. There is no parcel. Today 04.10.2022 the parcel was tracked, it left for Chelyabinsk. The hotline said that the managers allegedly made a mistake. Bravo to me for the work done!!!!!! As a result, they charged almost 2,300 rubles for the parcel. There is still no parcel. Because of them, I had to cancel my flights to wait for my laptop. It contains important work information for me. I asked them for compensation for violating the promised deadlines in response to silence. I strongly regretted that I turned to their company. It would be better via DHL.
