Delivery from the Russian Federation to Aktau was made on time, but in Aktau they have not been able to deliver the parcel to the house for 4 days (they paid for an additional courier, because the parcel is large, more than 20 kg). The support service operator has already scheduled delivery for us 2 times, we stayed at home especially for her, so as not to miss the courier. As a result, for unknown reasons, without warning, but only after my messages, the delivery was postponed to another day.
As a result, she was transferred for the 3rd time. It is still unclear whether it will be delivered tomorrow.
It would have been possible to get into the situation if the company had warned in advance about the postponement or explained the reason, but this did not happen.
We will not use this service anymore, because it should not work like this.
