They took the money for the delivery of the paid parcel. The payment information indicated on the receipt is not a basis. At least we could figure out what happened. As a result, I had to come to the accounting department during working hours to return the money

Disgusting job! The first one! The parcel traveled from Karaganda to Temirtau for 7 hours, during which time it was possible to go to Astana and return. The second one! SMS that the parcel is ready for delivery arrived 30 minutes before closing, i.e. at 17.30, and they closed at 18.00. Although the website says that the pick-up point is open until 20.00 and there is no information anywhere that they work until 18.00 today. There is a lot of one star for such work.
