I sent things (25 kg) from Batumi to St. Petersburg to the SDEC pick-up point. everything arrived safely in six (6) days!!! And this is in winter!!! when I saw the parcel on tracking two days later in Vladikavkaz, I couldn't believe my eyes, knowing what eternal problems Lars has and having read how people have been waiting for their things for months through other carriers.
the staff explained everything and suggested how best to pack and ship, thanks a lot to them, a very competent approach. thank you! 10 out of 10

Adequate and educated employees know about the intricacies of sending across the border.
I read the reviews - people, before trying to send something between two non-friendly countries, study the customs requirements, they refuse you not because the SDEC does not want to accept your goods, but because it cannot be transported across the border, and do not compare the minibus driver who is not responsible for safety and the transport company at all.
I sent documents and personal belongings, everything was accepted, packed and delivered to the destination country and city. The deadlines corresponded to those stated in the department. Special thanks to the employee Vsevolod for his patience and help.

Несмотря на завышенную стоимость отправки посылок (350р до 500гр), они идут значительно дольше, чем у конкурентов Бека турс и транс-арго. К сожалению, отправителю была удобна эта компания, посылка из Москвы идёт 16ый день и это ещё не конец...после международого пункта в Москве посылка перестает отслеживаться! Дозвониться до сдэка в Батуми невозможно! Служба поддержки в мессенджерах- бот.
Не рекомендую пользоваться сдэком, компания транс-арго пока показала себя лучше (доставка до 5 дней), да и Бека-турс ( до 10 дней) и цена значительно меньше, служба поддержки и на связи реальные люди.
