They refuse to refund the overpayment on the order - an employee of the SDEK point incorrectly measured the cargo, on the same day I submitted an application for repeated measurement of the cargo, which was carried out after delivery to Moscow (more than 2 weeks). The measurement error was caused by an employee of the SDEC point, the exact cost became known after delivery.
I have submitted an appeal to the post office oplata@cdek.ru On May 21, 2024, where I was told that in order to resolve the issue of a refund, I can contact both physically the shipping point and write to the post office a.amerkhanova@cdek.ru . Also, on May 23, 2024, having received no response, I sent a second letter with oplata@cdek.ru in the copy, with the question of what to do if my letter of application is completely ignored - no response was received, no application number was assigned. A reply to the mail has not been received so far, although the application was submitted on time.
