Polite staff, they work fast, everything is fine! There is a parking issue. You need to go to them from the courtyard, before reaching the Raketa cinema, there is no parking on the side of the road from the entrance. And this should be taken into account when visiting this SDEC point.

A great place to send parcels to Russia. The staff is businesslike and prompt, issues are resolved quickly. There aren't many queues, although you need to look at the time. The point is located next to a public transport stop, which is very convenient.

There was no message about the delivery of the goods. I tracked it myself on the website. I took the package. Friendly staff. However, it was scary to enter the pick-up point itself: it was very dirty outside and inside (dirty window sills, cobwebs in the corners). Yes, the house is being renovated, but you can wash the glazing of windows at least once every 2-3 weeks so that customers are not afraid to go to the pick-up point.
