I looked deeper: the administrator and the nurses are drinking tea in a smoky room! I was led to a couch, but it was impossible to breathe there, the room is located next to the room where the staff drank tea. It stinks of cigarettes! When asked why it stinks of cigarettes, they shrug their shoulders.
The duty nurse Gauhar is the worst medical staff I have ever come across.
