It is very convenient and fast. I passed the tests in the morning, and in the evening they already sent the result by e-mail, or you can come and they will give you a printed version with a seal. It is always clean, there are no unpleasant odors, the staff is polite and competent.
They will tell you how to prepare for some special analyses, what is possible and what is not. There are various profiles (for example, "cardiorisk" or "preoperative"), which include a set of tests at a reduced price at once, so as not to overpay, doing each separately.
Prices are not much lower or higher than in other similar establishments. You can apply for a discount card-the discount percentage is not large, but still...

A small cozy office. They serve you quickly. I've been there several times. There is practically no queue. Clear. Comfortable. I recommend.
