We really like this hotel, but in summer it is overpriced (up to 8t.₽,in winter about 3t.₽),spacious rooms (albeit a little tired),friendly helpful staff,Excellent breakfast on the roof with a wonderful view,located in the tourist center, Everything is nearby,there is a small underground Parking (ask there,they are often placed along the road). I RECOMMEND IT at an adequate price!

Nice hotel in the center of Trabzon. There seems to be a parking lot, but we were parked along the street.
The room is clean, comfortable wide beds.
The bathroom must have smelled bad from the ventilation.

Excellent hotel in the city center with a high level of service. A very good breakfast on the veranda of the top floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. A hotel employee drives the car to a free parking lot.

I booked through booking and in reality everything turned out to be worse than in the description of the room, while the price tag is not cheap not only for Turkey.
It's a complete disappointment, I can't recommend this hotel, because in fact it's like buying a pig in a poke. The staff tried to solve the problem with a cute blink of their eyes instead of some specific compensation for the inconvenience received. Yes, they offered a 3-bed room instead of a single room, but in terms of parameters it was still significantly inferior to the description on the booking.
And at first they put me in a room with a window in the wall!! It was a shock after the photos of the sunny room with a balcony on the booking.. And I had to spend my nerves to literally knock out a place with a ray of sunshine.. The hotel is for those who want to spend time on disassembly, and not go about their business in Trabzon.

At first, we were told that our car was too big for their parking and offered to park just on the street. Then we changed 3 rooms in which it was impossible to stay because of the terrible dirt, cold and complete inconsistency of the photo of the booked room with reality.
