The best hotel we've ever lived in! Wonderful people work here, Marina speaks Russian at all, which was very convenient!
An amazing authentic atmosphere, this is an old house, you need to be prepared for the fact that there will be both audibility and creaks, personally it did not bother us in any way. Breakfast is just a fairy tale! Cleaning every day, the hotel keeps the level!
We lived with our dog, everyone adored her, they love animals very much here! By the way, Geren the cat lives in the hotel, which we also loved very much)
Thank you very much, next time I come to Antalya I want to stay here again!

A boutique hotel in need of repair
Towel rack, toilet paper holder remained in my hand
They also book the room remotely with a 50% down payment and charge the entire fee upon admission.
This seemed to me very unsafe and disrespectful.
i will only be a one-time customer.

A wonderful cozy hotel! We will come back if possible! The rooms are small and if you are with children, it will be objectively cramped, but high ceilings hide this disadvantage a little. Excellent Turkish-style breakfasts!

The hotel is not bad, clean.
But we seem to have got the worst room. At first they showed it on the second floor, but we thought it would be more convenient on the ground floor. There are three windows in our room, one of which is from the toilet and it opened. Two windows overlook the hotel bar and the kitchen. Plus, the staff seemed to live above us, the noise, the creaking of the floor!!! and their conversations just woke up every second. Gender is generally a separate story…
The windows facing the kitchen of the hotel are also out of the ordinary, they did not open, but the cracks in these windows are huge.
The staff sat until 01:00 cleaning, talking, laughing, solving their problems. We woke up at 6:00 and started cooking breakfast at 7:00. And it woke everything up. There is no silence. As for the reception and inside the hotel itself, the same thing, the staff is always swollen. I especially do not recommend it with children, especially small ones. Everything is very loud and audible!!!

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! I give this hotel all five stars, because my husband and I really liked everything. A very hospitable hostess, the staff was kind and friendly. The staff carefully monitors compliance with sanitary standards! Everything is clean and pleasant everywhere. Breakfast is just a bomb! There are so many things, you won't stay hungry! The hotel is located in the most convenient location of the old town of Koleichi, because despite the noisy establishments on the neighboring streets, the hotel is quiet and peaceful even with the doors open. The convenient location of the hotel suggests that leaving it, wherever you go, you will come across cafes and restaurants where they cook very tasty. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, but it is paid. The beach costs 30 lira per day and you can visit it several times.

I can't say anything about the prices: my son paid :) I liked the chips that emphasize the antiquity, national, local flavor, and at the same time - high-tech "bathrooms" in each room, cleanliness, neatness. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. The windows of our rooms overlooked the beer pub, I thought it would be noisy, but no - quiet conversations, singing to the guitar...
