They brought us spoiled sauce and spoiled shrimp. When we asked to try the sauce to make sure it wasn't our imagination, they just brought us a new sauce... without apologies and replacing the dish itself. There was a feeling that this institution was not interested in returning to them.
In addition, the food was cooked for a very long time. The dish was taken out at intervals of 20 minutes ... as a result, one person ate, the rest sat and waited.
And yes, the account itself includes a lot of things besides maintenance by default. Water, bread... which were delivered to us, although we did not order them.
