A hotel from the "Wow" category! Great for a trip with children. There is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. All rooms have a sea view. A huge, shady balcony. The sea is clean, which was very surprising, since there is a stereotype about Pattaya that the sea is dirty. Yes, it is not transparent due to the characteristics of the sand, but there is no debris or foam. The bottom is clean, but swim in coral, as there are a lot of shells on the bottom. The beach is clean and well maintained. There are a minimum of sun beds, but there are always free ones. We didn't even go to the islands, because the quality of the sea near the hotel was so good. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, the design of the territory and the hotel itself is impressive. Food is a credit! There are Thai, Indian, and European cuisines. A wonderful water park, which is currently closed for repairs, but I think it will get even better by the season. The rooms are cleaned daily. They change the bed and towels all the time-they are not lazy. The prices for dinners at the hotel bite. But there are many places within walking distance where you can have a delicious dinner. We checked out Siam Cafe, there is an amazing Tom Yam with an original serving. Perhaps the most delicious of all Tom-Yams) when you get tired of Thai cuisine, I recommend Fusillo Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Everything there is awesome delicious! I fell in love with Pattaya after visiting the Grand Mirage Bazaar❤

One of the most beloved chains of hotels in Thailand is Sentara.
Consistent quality, service and comfort. I've never let you down. Large territory, entertainment, the best beach. It's a little far from the center, but the "kings" should not be in the bazaar)))- that's exactly how it feels. The north of Pattaya is calm, green, and beautiful.

I didn't like the hotel. Noisily. There are a lot of people at breakfast, the location of the tables is not convenient, there seems to be a lot of food, but everything is so dull that you do not feel like in a 5-star hotel. We need to work on the serving, dishes, and so on. The hotel is in need of renovation, there is a lack of grooming everywhere. Even the robes were torn! And this is on the day of check-in. The bathroom sink was constantly clogged. A repairman was called once, but still the water is standing and does not go away for a long time, and we lived on the 11th floor! The cleaning is very bad! It's superficial. I had to ask for a dental kit, they don't put it in. Shampoo and conditioner of poor quality. The location is also not the best. And I would like to write separately about the entrance to the beach. This is a wide staircase with no handrails. It is extremely inconvenient for people with disabilities or the elderly. In fact, you cannot go to the sea if there is a problem with movement. It is dangerous even for a healthy person, you can stumble, the stairs are stone and uneven. This is very important! This is a message to the manager. The price is very high, there are better and cheaper hotels in Pattaya.

I love the Centara hotel chain, and the centara grand mirage is my great love, I want to come back here again! The staff is excellent and attentive, they love children very much here. Wedding photo shoots are often held in the hotel, everything is beautiful and tidy. We took a balybed by the pool, it is convenient and justified with children. You put an hour to sleep and swim in the pool next to it. By the way, crowds of screaming Ku Thais really like to splash around in it, and they also arrange some of their strange games there. It's noisy, incomprehensible and freaky. We don't swim in the sea, it's dirty. If you have a standard room, then you can upgrade it to the next category and this is very justified, according to the privileges, you can go up to the lounge at teatime in happy hours, there is a large selection of very tasty cakes, and our men drank very good quality wine in unlimited quantities. we rested in Centara in October 2022, as soon as Thailand was opened for a simple visit, the rooms are not that big, we took a family room, these are 2 rooms combined with one door, the interior is interesting, a curtain separated us from the sink and shower, there were 6 people a sister and daughter in 2 local I with three children so the same in 2 beds but with 2 large beds. the breakfasts are not bad, but for the most part they are aimed at Indians and Koreans, there is a children's table, there is always something to eat, breakfast is quite varied, fruits, juices, coffee. the hotel itself is like a hotel, there is more of a huge area with a slow river along which you can swim on cheesecakes, an entertainment area and pools for a variety of ages, an ice cream parlor on site, there are also several restaurants, including on the roof of the hotel with stunning views, as well as its own good spa. all services can be used at the expense of a deposit. in general, the hotel is good, but the prices for this hotel at the current time are simply not quite adequate and do not fully correspond.

The most beloved hotel, family-run, with a good view, large open spaces. The rooms are bright and nice. The breakfasts are amazing, the territory is large, green, several pools, there is a lazy river, entertainment for children. Access to the sea immediately, enjoy walking along the entire beach. The children really like it, and we are happy! I recommend this hotel, for everyone!!! Nearby is the availability of restaurants, cafes and street food. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center, 30 minutes on foot.

Great hotel! The territory is decorated in the theme of the lost world. It is a pleasure to relax with a child - a clean area, several water slides, pools - for people of all ages, a cable car town. A chic buffet. Russian Russian cafes are located on the street, where Russians cook - it is very tasty and acceptable (as in an average cafe in Irkutsk). It is ideal for a vacation with a child of 5-10 years old!

I was at this hotel in late February/early March 2024.
I am very pleased.
The territory is very large: here you have the jungle, waterfalls, river and sea. Everything is in colors and very beautiful.
For kids, there is a swimming pool, a baby water park (or something similar) with fountains and slides. For those who are older, there is a rope park.
There is also a river descent right on site.
We were also satisfied with the food. Buffet for breakfast and dinner. At other times, restaurants. There is a cafe both by the beach and right on the water.
The service was also satisfied.
Our room was cozy, the air conditioner was working properly, creating coolness. There was also a chandelier fan.
The view is gorgeous from the window - on the sea. All the rooms there look at the sea, and it's cool.
I was scared that there are a lot of mosquitoes in Thailand. But there were none on the hotel grounds. Apparently they are doing something for this.
I liked everything. Recommend. Especially with children.

We were in this hotel exactly 10 years ago. I liked everything, especially the lazy river. After a long break, we decided that we would not look for another hotel and booked again. And here we were in for an unpleasant surprise - in the form of reconstruction. The renovation covered half of the hotel, and only the pool and the sea itself were available. Of course, we were accommodated in a renovated wing, and since we had the privilege of a guest room, we received some preferences from the hotel. But, still, it's not nice to do this to guests. When we contacted the tour operator, we were told that the host star assured us that everything would be over by our arrival. And there's work for a year.

The hotel is old, there is a smell in the rooms. The room itself is large and beautiful. We checked in at the elevator, and the bell rang. The check-in process took almost an hour (queue and registration procedure). The breakfast is without frills, but normal. The coast restaurant on site is terrible (expensive and very tasteless, the service is over an hour). There are few sun beds, there are not enough for everyone (on the territory). There are very few sun beds on the beach (about 15-20 in total). That is, you need to take a sunbed on the territory at 8 a.m. The territory of the hotel itself is beautiful, but like an anthill, because it is very crowded.

The rooms are comfortable, but physically worn out. For example, our door did not close well and the hair dryer did not work (The hotel has a good variety of breakfasts. I would recommend paying for dinners as well: there are almost no cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The dinners are also quite decent. The food in the on-site restaurants is average and expensive. By the way, there are many good inexpensive massage parlors nearby and a grocery store, fruit stalls. When booking a hotel in March, no one warned about the renovation of the hotel. Later, I went to the hotel's website and read the information that the lazy river is being renovated, but guests of our hotel will only be able to see it from the balcony. As a result, having arrived on vacation in October, there is a renovation of not only the lazy river, but completely everything (reception, lobby, elevators and the entire territory, except for one pool). Knowing this hotel (I've been here more than once), I never expected this!!!! Why accept guests and sell the tour if the renovation is completely underway. We had a rest from 15.10-27.10.24 THE REPAIR IS IN FULL SWING!!!

Cozy, beautiful, family friendly.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything, a lot of fruit.
The only drawback is that there are very few sunbeds on the beach.
They're mostly all by the pool.
The sea is clear.
And the singing of birds in the morning is a separate story.💫👍

We are having a rest now with our grandchildren... a super hotel! Everything is organized, the service is excellent, the cleaning is high-quality daily. Dreams come true! In 2012, we rested at the Long Beach Hotel, located next to the Sentara. We have always admired the Sentara and dreamed of getting into this hotel, but the price tag was very high! In November 2022, we saw an advertisement from the tour operator about the opening of direct flights from Yekaterinburg to Pattaya, and most importantly, Sentara with a very good price!!! The vacation was not planned, but we decided to take this chance. We waited a week for confirmation from the tour operator for the hotel, this has never happened before, but everything worked out, and the long-awaited Tai and Sentara!!! All rooms have sea views, the territory is huge, gorgeous! An ideal place to relax with children, children's water slides, necessary meals. The hotel is located in the northern part of Pattaya, the sea is clear. There were a lot of vacationers, but there were always free sun beds by the pool, and for some reason there were few swimmers. The room is very nice, daily cleaning, with the provision of water, toothbrushes with paste, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, slippers, bathrobes are available in the room. Breakfasts for all tastes, with wonderful coffee! The hotel is gorgeous, and is considered one of the best in Pattaya!!! I definitely want to return to this hotel!!!!

It's just wonderful. Staying at this hotel smoothed out the whole impression of Thailand. The food is great. Thai service for 5 points. The rooms are amazing. Breakfasts for every taste, a wide variety of dishes. There is something to do on the territory: a lazy river, waterfalls, rifts, aqua slides for children and adults. We stayed at this hotel in November 2022 with a child of 7 years old. I would like to note that the location, the beach, and the infrastructure in the hotel are good. However, we did not like the breakfasts, there is not a varied menu for the 5 🌟 hotel, one type of soup for children (all 11 days). There were few fruits, the serving was so-so! (In some cases 3 🌟 is better and more diverse). The room is also a separate story. Gorgeous sea view. The room is large. Cleaning leaves much to be desired (but this is Thailand))) We constantly had running water from the watering can from the shower, after cleaning we forgot to put new toothbrushes and toothpaste -(( Also, after cleaning, they could leave a bucket and not put a garbage bag in it 🤦♀️Leave the bucket in the middle of the toilet room:(
There are a lot of Thais on weekends, it feels like you're in a water park))) There were enough sun beds near the pool, but if you didn't have time to go to the sunbed in the morning, then rest on the sand)
But this did not spoil our rest, the hotel territory is gorgeous, very beautiful both day and night! The sea has become cleaner after the pandemic. With children, of course, a very good hotel, but I expected something more! We were upset by some moments.

One of the best hotels in Pattaya, all rooms with sea views. Nearby there are two FemiliMart shops, massage parlors, exchangers and many mobile tents with seafood. Sandy beach. Several pools, a lazy river. There is a restaurant/bar on site, sun loungers. The pool is from 0.4 to 3.8 meters deep. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, beds are made and drinking water is brought. The experience of staying at the hotel is excellent, I recommend it!

A great hotel, there are a lot of things, but I love it when I am and nature, a minimum of people, a small hotel, a bungalow. I went out and was already on the street, next to the pool, or on the 1st floor with access to the pool. You don't stand at the elevator, you don't walk to the room in the long corridors.Let the sea be a 10-minute walk away, a walk would not hurt. I read reviews and am amazed when there are dissatisfied that the robe was not changed on time or the floor was poorly washed, there is no variety at breakfast....You probably change your pastel linen once a month at home and obviously don't eat like elephants.Well, who cares, of course.
And for 10 days of rest, I no longer go to huge hotels, no matter how gorgeous it is.

For the first time in my life, there is nothing to complain about. Very good staff, room cleaning 2 times a day, beautiful view of the sea from the room. All rooms have a sea view. A gorgeous beach. A beautiful artificial river. They gave me a beach bag and a local SIM card to call. I especially liked the girls from the restaurant, where there is a children's room, or rather Grisha, who is 2 years old, he treated them. The food is great.
The fruits are exotic.

We had a rest in March 2023. We chose this hotel due to the fact that we needed a good pool and the sea nearby. We had a rest before in the Centara hotel chain, there is something to compare it with. Of course, the hotel does not pull for a five. It wins due to the beautiful territory, the sea view, everything else is at the level of a three-star hotel. The breakfast is very monotonous, designed more for Thai-Chinese tourists. The room is VERY shabby, half of the sockets did not work, the fan creaked terribly, the carpet on the floor is terribly dirty, especially under the bed, no one has ever cleaned it. The floors were not washed once during the rest, only vacuumed, after half an hour of walking around the room, the feet are dirty! And the most unpleasant thing is the deposit, which is 2000 baht per day of rest. That is, they charged us $600 in 12 days. Moreover, they do not warn about this in advance. Of course, later we saw on the hotel's website that it was written. But we were not the only ones in this situation, I saw several times at the reception how Russian tourists were outraged. The hotel is not cheap at the price, but for this money you could stay nearby in the brand new Centre Point.
