Pros: Clean, cozy. Cons: It doesn't last for 4*, there is no refrigerator in the room, cleaning (change of towels, linen, and trash) every 2 or even 3 days. The breakfasts are monotonous, the choice is limited.

A very modern hotel. The design of the room is stylish minimalism of the European level. Excellent breakfasts. Good service. One disadvantage is that not all employees are equally friendly. The location is very good - old Tallinn is easily accessible on foot.
