My two daughters love the UpGrade. It is always a pleasure to go to classes! It is interesting for children to sort out serious topics and learn to express their emotions: friendship, communication, shame, anger, joy, resentment, because everything happens in a playful way, in an absolutely comfortable and accepting atmosphere for them, seasoned with good humor and love for them. My children have been attending UpGrade School for 3 years now. During this time, I noticed significant positive changes in them. A unique place, in my opinion, for RB! Son (10 years old) he walks with pleasure, always waiting for classes. And I'm not ready to skip even for the sake of entertainment!
I see that he is becoming more confident in communication, it is easier for him to present himself and speak in public.
The UPGRADE Mindfulness school has a very cool, supportive atmosphere, children feel relaxed and free, they can safely and environmentally express themselves. And teachers are always in touch with parents. This is very valuable!
