This is my first experience of living in a hotel. The staff is sincere, any issues are resolved immediately and in good faith. My friend and I rented a double room without a bathroom. The room has 2 beds, a table, 2 chairs, a mirror. The cleanliness is 3-, but they immediately asked to clean and wipe the dust, so the room just glistened and smelled) the bed linen is clean, but old. The mattresses are comfortable.
Shared showers are just behind the curtains, no separate closable cabins, everything is like in a pioneer camp) it was uncomfortable. Moreover, it was always cold in the room. There are many toilets, as well as showers.
There is a 2-burner stove and a microwave in the kitchen. Cleanliness is 3. There are few cooking utensils. There are enough cups and plates.
The location is excellent. To the railway and bus stations 10 minutes at a normal pace, to the center - a hostel in the center).
Conclusions for myself: if it were not for such showers, it is quite possible to consider such a living option. Well, or for a couple of days it is quite normal)
It's cold, there's mold in the shower, old pillows, someone bit me in a couple of nights.
One of the advantages is a pleasant receptionist, her own closed parking lot.
Boorish attitude towards new customers. There is black mold in room 10! You cannot pay for your stay with a bank card. The women's shower/toilet only on the ground floor is opposite the reception desk, and the stairs to the second floor opposite the entrance door (draft) are very "convenient". The administration is reluctant to hand over the payment receipt.
