The hotel has a convenient location, everything you need is within walking distance. It's always clean, tidy, and pleasant at the hotel. The staff is wonderful. I would especially like to mention the work of Nurgul - attentive, friendly, responsive. She helped me solve all the issues, gave me advice on where to go, what to see, and went to a meeting to resolve a controversial issue. The hotel's sound insulation is not the best, but the biryushas in the ears help. We spent several nights here and were satisfied.
