I liked the city for its cleanliness. There is asphalt everywhere in any direction in the private sector. You need to try to find dirt and get your shoes dirty. The embankment is almost equipped (finishing works are underway) and is an attractive place for young people. I was amazed by the FREE CLEAN BEACH on the shore of the Irtysh, with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a warm FREE children's pool with all the paraphernalia.
All squares, parks, and any areas of attraction are paved with tiles. Where there are no tiles, there are lawns. I was not only in the center but also in the outskirts of the city. It's equally clean everywhere. Public transport is accessible and rhythmic. We had good guides who knew the history of the city and almost all historical sites, buildings with a full description of the history. We walked a lot to visit all this. There are Temples and Mosques in the city.
I have very good impressions of the city and its multinational inhabitants.

Everything is arranged for people, I really liked the atmosphere in the evening, wonderful songs are playing from all sides, in the summer there was a separate pool for children, also various cars for rent, the arches are very beautiful, performances every Saturday, sometimes famous singers come and perform, anyone can come and listen, but a lot of people gather. Excellent embankment. One of the best in the country. A great example of how to do it. There are sunshades, deck chairs. Cafes and even a stage! There is a square. A long alley with benches. In the city of Semey, for example, there is a pale replica, not an embankment.

Very beautiful promenade, clean. A good view of the Irtysh. There are often concerts with popular artists and for free. A good and pleasant stay. You can rent a bicycle or a scooter. I recommend that guests definitely visit the embankment. I have not seen such embankments in Kazakhstan.Well done Pavlodar residents.

It's a beautiful place that gets better and better every year. Ramps for people with disabilities are being equipped, sun loungers and hammocks are installed. For those who are hungry, the most popular food courts in the city are installed. There is also a large stage where big stars perform. I will definitely come with Aksu to relax on the beach.

This is not the embankment of Pavlodar, this is a paradise, my wife and I were on this embankment for the first time 2 months ago - we bow our heads to the Akim of Pavlodar, thank you so much for such beauty and for all the amenities and most importantly - it's all FREE for residents and guests, and the Akimat of the Abai region needs to learn from the Akim of Pavlodar!!!

The largest embankment in the country, but as such there is no maintenance. the beach is clean, there are changing rooms, a stage, toilets in which the drain does not work and because of this stink. The paving stones on the stairs collapse every year, they are changed, but there is zero sense because they take the lowest quality.

The beach is suitable for sunbathing, but obviously not for swimming, the water in the river is very dirty, sometimes there is various garbage lying on the beach, and this is not the problem of the mayor but of the city, THE CITY PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE BEHIND! Well, there is a fence for swimming in places where it is knee-deep. It would be better to swim normally without touching the bottom.

It was about 2013 and when we wanted to go to the beach, we were told - stop, it seems to be paid, 200 tenge. per person. I'm very simple.
