The Central Esentai Residence is located in a great location on the banks of the Esentai River. On both sides of the residential complex there are Satpayev Street and Bukhar Zhyrau Boulevard, but there is no traffic noise, since the complex stands almost in the middle.
Judging by the large number of ads for the sale of apartments in this house, as well as reviews from friends, it is not worth buying or renting an apartment there. There are much better options for that kind of money.
