In short, there is one cool place that all the locals love. Exhibitions are constantly changing there, and sometimes just unreal things come across. Modern artists and decorators, as well as student works, usually hang out on the ground floor. On the top floor, they are most often exposed from funds. Admission is free! The only drawback is that there are no air conditioners.

We went to see the paintings, but, unfortunately, we got to the change of expositions.... But we spent about an hour in the store at the exhibition hall. We admired the presented works of local artists under the brief and interesting comments of the employee.
