The hotel is very well located. There are many cafes and small shops around. The rooms are large and clean. The plumbing is very tired. The breakfasts are not bad
The hotel's staff is completely non-client-oriented. Upon arrival, they are given to sign a paper where it is written in small print that no alcohol is allowed in the room. The fine is $100. I took a bottle of wine and because I didn't finish it, I left it in the room. The receptionist went to check the room in the morning before leaving and just forced him to actually pay $ 100 without letting him out of the hotel. I offered to call the police, but the Receptionist was deliberately stalling because he understood that I was in a hurry and was late for the train. Roughly speaking, they just bred 100 dollars. Shamefully. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is decorated in European style, very spacious and comfortable rooms. The room has a spacious storage closet, each bed has a bedside table and several sockets, a work desk and tea tables. A bathtub with a shower cabin and a variety of individual kits : toothbrush, paste, gel, shampoo, conditioner, cap, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file, comb, soap, shoe spoon, slippers. For the comfort of the guests, 3 towels and a terry bathrobe are provided. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a ironing board with an iron on the floor in the common area, and a hairdryer in the room.
The buffet breakfast is very rich, will please all tastes, a large selection of fresh fruits.
The peculiarity of the location is 5 minutes from the Cosmonauts metro station through the park, the Zohib restaurant, built into the first floor of the hotel, open until 3 a.m. (breakfast is served there). The restaurant is popular and has unusual delicious dishes on the menu.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Firstly, the metro is very close, which means you can go to any corner of Tashkent. Moreover, the fare costs less than 20 rubles. You can get off the subway and admire the decoration of the stations. Secondly, I really liked the breakfast, which takes place in the hotel restaurant. You can also eat in it in the evening. Affordable and delicious. Thirdly, there is a private sauna and hammam with a swimming pool. If you take care in advance, all this will be at the disposal of your company, whether it's friends or relatives. The room is clean, the garbage is taken out every day. And bathrobes and slippers are also important to someone. In general, I recommend using the hospitality of this hotel.

Disgusting hotel!
It all started with the fact that the rooms stank terribly of sewage and we were only able to temporarily settle in a room without windows, and then after we started arguing with them and offering solutions ourselves. The room was disgustingly dirty!!!(I attached a photo of the tin itself on the bedside table by the bathroom mirror of someone's hair). Then we went to bed and found that there was a single blanket for two, we wanted to call the reception to bring another one, but it turns out that the phone was disconnected from the network at the first hour of the night and there was no desire to run around the floors in pajamas after the road, so we slept like that.
After that, we were moved to another room, it was cleaner, but still there were streaks and smudges on the mirrors, and the taps were dirty, the toilet lid was a little broken.
You can hear strongly what is happening in the corridor, if someone passes, then you can participate in the dialogue🤐
The breakfasts are normal in terms of food, but the service is a real problem. There are no drinks freely available - just catch the waiters and ask them to bring them, waiting up to 10 minutes or more. (There is not even water)Plus, they often confuse you and can bring you the wrong thing at all.
And by the way, there was no information at the time of booking that alcohol was prohibited and it was a shock for us too.
In short, a disgusting hotel in all its components, if you want your vacation to be ruined and everything starts to annoy you, then welcome.
I also added disheveled carpets in the rooms to make it clear that the rooms are well maintained and guests are taken care of💩

We checked in at night on 11.01.2025 for a few hours to rest after the road.
The staff were sleeping in the lobby. One on the couch, the other behind the counter.
The room was cold. There was one small single blanket on the double bed.
They asked the employee for an extra blanket on the phone. He said he would bring it now.
No one came, there was no answer on the phone. We went downstairs and saw that this employee had also gone to sleep on the couch, just like his colleague. They woke me up and got a blanket.
The hotel is bad. We do not recommend it.

A well-located hotel.
It is located at the intersection of beautiful destinations.
The staff is courteous.
In general, the hotel is on 4, there are scuffs and stains on the palaces and other small things.
There was a decent store in the courtyard, an ATM where you could exchange dollars for bags, fruits and milk were sold by private traders at retail outlets within a minute's reach. And a great restaurant on the ground floor (it hosts breakfast) at an affordable price. I wrote a separate review on it.

Nice hotel. The rooms are good, but I do not recommend taking rooms from 303 to 312, as the extractor hood is constantly working under the windows. The price includes 1 hour per day of sauna and pool rental, while no one else will be there. There is also a tennis table there.
Excellent breakfast in a cafe nearby. They make good coffee.

I chose a hotel based on reviews! That's why I'm writing my own, in case someone helps me make a choice. The location is excellent! All the main attractions are within walking distance. Plus, the metro is a hundred meters from the hotel. The room is beautiful! Clean, freshly renovated, nice little things in the form of slippers, bathrobes, etc. Kettle, refrigerator, bottled water! They clean every day, the cleaners are very attentive, there was a feeling of a sincere desire to help)))). Nice pool and baths))). I would have put it "excellent" if it hadn't been for the meager breakfasts. It's kind of very modest. And everything seems to be there, and porridge, and chicken legs, and fried eggs..... but there is no feeling of a big choice at all.... However, they asked us to cook pancakes (me and the children, and give them all the harmful sweets), the next day we had pancakes))))). However, I can't put it perfectly for breakfast. Otherwise, I recommend it!

- Breakfast. 2 weeks of stay, the breakfasts are the same. Everything is cold, not fresh.
-The room has never been cleaned (I mean floors and wiping surfaces). The bathroom floor is stained yellow.
- The rooms are tired, originally settled with a panoramic window with finger slits and an air conditioner that does not work for heating. It was possible to change it.
-There is not a single channel in English or Russian.
- Very, very slow staff(either he gets the sauna reservation mixed up, or when he leaves for work, he thinks that I'm leaving, and asks me to hand over the card.
- Irresponsibility to TB. They put a shovel with melted snow on the way out of the sauna, fell almost broke everything.
-Cosmetics are changed after a reminder.
-Very weak water pressure, partially broken shower door.
I do not recommend checking in.

In general, a good hotel, friendly staff, good rooms, there are flaws, but nothing serious, the breakfasts are not the most diverse, but quite acceptable, of course if you stay for a week, it will start to strain, I had breakfast twice - fine. There is a swimming pool (about 8 meters), in my opinion there is also a hammam, I don't know for sure, because I didn't use it. To sum up, staying for a day or two is a great option, for a longer period, probably not.

The hotel is new, clean, and the staff is friendly. Of the cons: they did not take payment for booking reservations in dollars (either soums or cards, but not Mir). I would also rate breakfast at 4, not 5, but I will not lower the overall rating for this anyway. The hotel is perfect for those who are used to high-quality European chain hotels. We stayed at this hotel twice for one night. The combination of price and quality is on top. Good location, clean, large modern rooms, quick check-in. A good hotel is almost in the center. There are greenery around and a cafe downstairs. Near the Cosmonauts metro station. The heating of the rooms is provided only during the cold season. Not a bad breakfast. And the cafe had very fresh and delicious baklava. The rooms have a huge double bed, if the room is not with separate beds. The rooms are cozy and ordinary. We spent 4 days comfortably.
