But the food "Neighbors" is something in between, I do not go to purchases, only for small things. There are a lot of people, the place is passable, but it is quite clean and well maintained

There are a lot of smokers who do not follow the rules and they don't care about the sign that smoking is prohibited (this is, of course, more to human decency than to the bus station, but as it is). It is better to buy tickets online, otherwise you will have to stand in line for a long time and take a ticket in advance. And the biggest drawback is the location of the toilet. There's a whole quest to find it, and when you have a little more than one suitcase, it's not very convenient. It is also paid, but you can pay for using the card.
