We lived from 27.09.23 to 03.10.23!
Tourists are being poisoned in the hotel! The hotel has problems with compliance with hygiene standards!
In order, first the cons:
- I was poisoned in this hotel
- we have cockroaches living in room 3821. For the hotel, as it turned out, this is the norm. They offered disinfection (dichlaphos) there and that's it. Until you tell them what to do, they won't even offer you anything. I personally fished two and the next day they were again!
- after swearing, we were offered to move to a suite (6319 had several to choose from, but all were killed. One suite on the 2nd floor and one on the third floor) in the main building. I came to these rooms: 1. Very creaky floor and with large cracks. 2. As in the whole hotel, terrible room cleaning under the beds is not when in life no one has cleaned. 3. There is a puddle under the sink. No one lived in the room, but the plumbing is old and leaking. 4. Mold on the tile. 5. The ceiling in the shower flows from the neighbors from above (and the plaster crumbles). After the updated pitchfork, it's straight horror!
- Lack of proper cleaning! On the bed not when not washed. The walls in the shower were both dirty on arrival and for 3 days (taking into account the general cleaning remained)
- It did not become clear to me what is included in the cleaning, but there for 2 days and three cleaning, including the general one, they did not put more than one roll of toilet paper. Despite the fact that we have run out of it…
- Upon arrival, they said the mini bar was free, but it wasn't even filled! After the call to the reception the next day was filled in.
- Very imposed employees: luggage was brought to our room and the employee refused to leave until I tip him. I explained that there are no euros and lira, only rubles, he answered without any problems, but after he tipped, he began to say that it was not enough. Perhaps he wanted 500 or 1000 rubles…
- A lot of chips on the tile in the bathroom
- Plumbing in a sad state
- When moving to another villa, there was even a problem with the shower (the hose was with holes and the water practically did not flow through the watering can), but in three hours we were able to replace it.
- (complete lack of sound insulation) if you are ready to wake up at 07:30 every day when the children in the neighboring rooms wake up, then you are here or at 8 in the morning from how the cleaner carries the room…
- the cracks under the front door are very large, you can expect unique guests every day 🪳🐜🕷🪲
- The guide confirmed that there is a problem with food in the hotel and he himself is not there! And the guide also added that a lot of reviews are written by the administrators themselves who check people into the hotel!
In general, if there were no cockroaches and poisoned food, then the hotel is very good!

The hotel is not bad. Of the minuses- very superficial cleaning and not always warm food. We had a great rest with a small child. There were no cockroaches (they lived in the villa), no rotovirus was seized, no one was sick.

The beach is a couple of minutes away. I recommend checking into the 38th house (in any room), near the lobby, dining room, cafe, etc. The location of the house is quite convenient. The room is good.
By personnel: 80% of men are adequate, polite and attentive. 80% of girls are sitting with haughty faces, as if you shat under their door.
But it's a small thing really…

We had a rest from September 14 to 26.
We arrived at 10:00, at 11:30 we checked into the villa.
Impressions of the holiday are twofold. The first trip to the restaurant was crowned with the situation I saw: the child at the next table became ill, vomited, the staff cleaned with a broom and immediately began sweeping around other tables with this broom! It is no wonder that such a large number of people will suffer from rotovirus. I assume that the rooms are cleaned with one rag. By the way, the cleaning is very mediocre, the floors are dirty

- Beautiful, large territory.
- The staff is quite friendly at the reception.
-The renovation in the villa is cozy, new.
-Nice free restaurant Nona with a menu (not the main one).
- There is imported alcohol.
- Delicious ice cream.
Minuses:
- The sea was clean once during the whole vacation. The rest of the days muddy water, floating sticks, leaves, algae. On one side, a river flows into the sea. On the other hand, water of unknown origin from a nearby hotel.
-At 8 am, all the canopied gazebos are occupied !!! If you come later, for example, at 10, then you will find sun beds only at the very end of the beach.
- There is very little shade on the beach.
- There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous. All 12 days we ate the same thing. Once for dinner there was a lamb kebab. There were no cancers (as in the reviews). Mostly chicken and fish.
The menu for those on a diet is generally terrible: hard dry chicken, hard carrots and broccoli and unleavened buckwheat.
-The fish restaurant A La Carte is tasteless, almost the same as in the main. The only difference is the service.
- Cold pool.
- Rotovirus, obviously there is. I personally observed 3 cases. We had an upset stomach and the baby threw up once.

As for the hotel itself:

As for the rooms, the renovation in the "villas" was done in 2023, but at the same time it was of poor quality, we had problems with the door, which did not close/it was opened, only on the 5th day it was somehow done
There was no repair in the main building !!
There are no questions about the territory and children's animation, everything is present, everything is fine 👍

They were in early June 2023. The pools are not heated, so if you are unlucky with the weather, the water will be cold. Overall, the hotel is not bad. Some people in the reviews say that it is better to live in the main building, but I can disagree with this. I really liked the 2-storey villa far from the pools, quiet, peaceful. The food is not bad, but I am very picky about sweets, milk, coffee, mashed potatoes. It all seemed synthetic. Milk for everything is powdered. But in general, the food is varied. The fruits were: strawberries, apples, oranges, grapefruit, rarely bananas, pears. The staff is good at keeping all corners clean.

Great hotel. The food is almost round the clock. Multiple power points. Belek is a 10-minute drive away. by bus N 28, stop on the opposite side of the road. It costs 15 liras in cash to the driver. After reading the reviews here, it was scary to go to this hotel, as there are a lot of negative reviews. So, we rest here for 10 days, from 02.06 to 12.06 and were very satisfied! The hotel is renovated, the territory is well maintained, the pools are cleaned every day, the beach and the sea are clean. There are 3 pools on the territory, and there are 3 of them (a large pool, a pool with slides and a small children's pool), a lot of sun loungers and canopies. Yes, many people occupy it in the morning, but you can always find free deck chairs at any time. There are no problems with this at all. The food is delicious but monotonous, there are no themed dinners. At the same time, the food is for every taste and you will not stay hungry for sure. I would like to say a special thank you to the animator girls! You did well! There is a wide variety of programs throughout the day, and every evening there are discos and themed evenings, programs interesting for both adults and children. The rooms are cleaned every day, the only thing in the room was no bathrobes, they were not provided, but we asked at the reception and they were given to us without any problems. The territory of the hotel is huge, there is a lot of greenery and there is a place to walk. There are no shops within walking distance, but when leaving the hotel there is a stop right away, and for $ 1 you can get to the center of Belek and there are plenty of shops for every taste! It takes about 15 minutes to drive, and buses run every 30 minutes. There is no rotovirus or anything like that, we rested with 4 children of different ages and there were no problems. All the staff is friendly, they always try to help and solve all issues. We recommend the hotel, especially for families with children, they will be very interested.

We had a family vacation from 07/26/2021 to 08/04/2021. I liked almost everything, I recommend the hotel. A large territory, the beach is sandy with some small pebbles, the entrance to the sea is good, the beach line is wide, but our compatriots occupy sun beds from early morning, it may not be enough if you come later. Everything is fine with the food, beef, lamb, fish, vegetables, fruits, I rarely ate a side dish during the whole vacation, as there was enough meat for my eyes. Side dishes: rice, mashed potatoes (it seems to be powder), pasta, spaghetti, stewed vegetables, etc. Soups were also very tasty, even from mussels. Because of covid, the food is served by the restaurant staff, yes, there are queues, but if no one climbs forward (and there are enough such individuals among our brother), queues are quickly dealt with. In general, I really liked the staff, they try their best. The only serious drawback of the restaurant is flies, not that there are a lot of them, but they do occur. About drinks, I tried wine, I didn't like it at all. Beer is tolerable. Tequila resembles our rustic moonshine, but you can drink it. Bayliss is so-so. All juices are powdered, I do not recommend drinking at all, worse than the juice "my family". Excellent black tea, ayran is delicious. The rest of the teas are packaged. Delicious coffee (cappuccino, Americano, Turkish), hot chocolate. The animation is great for both children and adults. The evening shows are very high-quality, it is clear that they do not spare money. About the room: we lived in the Family Suite Land View, two-room suite, fourth floor. Not the first freshness, but it's fine. The air conditioner works well, although it is a centralized system. There is a separate unit in the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is combined with a shower cabin. Our mixer broke down, but it was fixed on request within an hour. There is a nice double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa and an armchair in the living room, both folding. But they are squeaky, we could not sleep, at every turn you wake up from the sound. We put the mattresses right on the floor and everything is ok. Cleaning is not super, of course, but daily. The floors are not washed, but wiped with a dry mop, which is sprayed with some household chemicals. Clothes were dried on the balcony, everything dried very quickly. Somehow the electricity was cut off, as I understood it, there were some problems on the line, the hotel turned on the diesel generator, so we almost didn't notice it.

Pros:
A large area, there is a place to walk. Bars are almost at every turn, snacks, ice cream is included.
There is also a water park, although not a very large one, and a children's club.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in Turkey. I do not know who writes these laudatory reviews. But everything in this hotel is bad!!! It's not 5 stars, the hotel barely reaches 3 stars. We booked a family room, but we were put in a shabby, shabby room for the disabled. When I went to the reception to figure out why I was given such a room, they said that there were no available rooms. But why should I care? So don't sell tours if there are no rooms, put the hotel on hold! And there were a lot of such dissatisfied people who wanted to change the room. A man stood in front of me and was also indignant and his number was changed. We came to rest with three children for 10 days, gave half a million rubles for this in order to live in a room for the disabled? to walk and rock with them all the time? After much investigation, we were finally given a normal room, with a normal washbasin and a partition between the shower and the toilet. They gave the child a cot as an additional extra place, but it was so full of bedsores, with a huge pit. Apparently out of spite, they wanted to teach a lesson, because they were forced to change the number. I didn't come to the reception anymore, I solved the issue with the cot through my guide. They changed it. Two days later, the air conditioner stops working in the room, the issue was solved again through the guide! Everything is falling apart in this hotel, although they say they had a renovation. A man on the beach complained that his room door handle had fallen off.
It's not ultra everything is on, it's ultra everything is OFF! Starting from the staff, who are completely unable to talk to guests and show respect, ending with food! They apparently do not know how to cook at all, it seems that they bring to this hotel what they did not finish in other hotels. They are heated up and given to finish eating like pigs. The meat is always burnt like a sole, the crackers are black. And it's the same thing every day! Fried sausages with onions and some kind of ballad. The cook is cooked in such darkness, apparently so that the guests do not see in what dirt they cook. On a Turkish night, they laid out the carcasses of mutton for the entourage, so that people could take pictures. But in fact it was never prepared)) there was no rack of lamb, the next day, there were stewed scraps of some kind and cutlets!
Animation for children is very scarce, there is practically none. We went to this hotel because we were told that it was great here., the travel agent sold us this hotel with songs like how cool it is. Those bright houses that you see in the photo are just a game room, where a crowd of children are crammed like sprats in a tin can. In the evening, music is turned on for 30 minutes in the amphitheater for children and the Turk broadcasts something in Turkish into the microphone and that's it!!! 30 minutes!!!and so it is every day.
The towel on the beach is torn, cocktails are made terrible, they cannot be called cocktails. There is a so-called VIP beach on the territory of the hotel, with white houses, to get there you need to pay 50 euros per room per day, and then everything will be civil there and the bartender tries and everyone smiles at you. We bought entrance to this beach every day, and only then did we begin to relax somehow. And you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner at another restaurant, where you will be served and coffee will be brought. But don't get fooled by this, everything in this restaurant is the same as in the main, only the assortment is smaller and the restaurant itself is quieter. My child has not eaten anything except French fries during the whole vacation. So they even managed to heat the French fries, which were left over from the previous day, all dry and tasteless. One day, there were no French fries for breakfast in this so-called restaurant, I asked the receptionist if I could bring potatoes for him from the main restaurant, they allowed me. And I went to another restaurant myself, although the waiter should do it. So, at the exit from the main restaurant, I was slowed down and not allowed to take it out. They made such a fuss, as if I had stolen something, humiliated me in front of everyone and brought me to tears. The manager, Suleiman, shouts at the guests and believes that he has the right to do so! First he yelled at me when I changed the number, then because of that poor potato!
People, if you are normal and adequate, NEVER come to this hotel. If you really want to relax, don't waste your money and nerves!
There was still a positive moment, it was Yasmin's masseuse at the spa. A person really does his job from the heart and with love for people. I survived here only because of her.
I went to this hotel only because I read the reviews, and I believed them, but they are not true, perhaps fake! Perhaps my review will save someone from the nightmare that I experienced here!

The reception staff is Russian, but the customers absolutely don't care.

The best rooms are in the cabins, not in the main building. But the bathrooms still leave much to be desired, with two attempts to fix the current toilet

In the main restaurant, the food is ordinary. There was no such thing as it was delicious and I wanted a supplement. There is a diet table (boiled vegetables, buckwheat, rice, pieces of boiled chicken). I almost always ate there.
There is ice cream on the beach, a huge selection and everything is delicious and in unlimited quantities. An undoubted plus.
The alcohol is good, imported and local.
Bottled beer is served at the Nona bar by the pool. There is a bar with a menu that does not change, there is red fish, seafood pasta and caesar. (see photo) Everything is more or less edible and there are always places. Nona is a free restaurant.
There are no waiters serving by the pool, you carry everything to yourself.
In the main restaurant, the waiters perform the function of cleaning and serving only. Drinks are not offered, as is usual in hotels, you go to the bar yourself (this is the first time I've encountered this in Turkey).
There is some kind of animation, the music screams for up to an hour. But we didn't go -we don't like it. For me, unobtrusive animation is a plus. The large pool is quiet, calm, no movement. Everything takes place at the second pool, where the children are.
The sea is good, the beach by the sea is also sandy. But there are a lot of people there)
Of the cons: I would like to note that there are very few toilets. Very little. One in the main building, one in the Nona restaurant (where bathing suits are not allowed), and in another bar, which also needs to be reached. But there are no queues. The toilets are clean, someone always cleans up.
Also, hell with sun beds and sun beds under a canopy (such as sofas). Sad, sleepy men reach out at 6 a.m. to throw their towels and T-shirts in order to take the best seats and return to sleep back in the rooms. We just watched such shots.
But God be with him, they take up and don't come all day. And already at 5 p.m., they come , take their things and leave . Neither to myself, nor to people. It turns out there are no people at all by the pool, but all the places are occupied) (see photo)

First, about the good things. The territory is quite large, well-groomed, lots of greenery, pleasant cozy places, interesting installations. A great playground and a mini water park will not be left without good photos. Accommodation: if you choose between the main building and the bungalow, it is better to choose the main one. Everything is more comfortable and newer. Well, if you come across a room with a sea view, then you are lucky. Beach: excellent sandy beach, the entrance to the sea is convenient for both adults and children. In my opinion, there are enough sun beds and covered gazebos for everyone, beach towels are given out and changed without problems. Food: as always on the buffet, the only thing I would like it to be hot. And now about what I didn't like. Very unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff. Their first answer is "no." Hotel guides are interested in tourists only in order to sell them an excursion, the program of which they know in general terms. In short, we do not recommend buying excursions from Pegasus guides. There are no complaints about the service staff of the rooms, restaurant and bars. If you need something: slippers, bathrobes, they will bring it. Separately, with great gratitude, I would like to mention the security girl Hilal (at the entrance checkpoint), who helped us find and return the phone we left on the bus. She worked quickly, clearly, professionally, and most importantly, she really wanted to help us. I would really like the hotel management to somehow mark the work of their employee. We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. Two days before departure, we swam in the sea on the beach of the hotel and came across a metal pin in the sea. My girlfriend (pregnant) pierced her leg and got a pretty serious injury. They applied for insurance to the hospital to get stitches. After arriving at the hotel, we turned to a separate guide for help in organizing an individual transfer to the airport, because it was very difficult to walk, to which we received an answer : I do not solve issues with the hotel. After that, they contacted the general manager of the hotel and were refused again. I had to call a taxi to go to the airport. Conclusion: the hotel is not safe and the problems are not being solved. A spoiled vacation for a lot of money!
