Liars!!!!!!!!!! Don't trust your money to this realtor! We bought an expensive apartment in Mersin through her, but in fact we were left without a roof over our heads and without money! She sold us an apartment with tenants, assuring us that they were just relatives of the owner and they would move out at a convenient time for us, but it was a hoax!!! Since December, I can't even go into my apartment, let alone live there, they just won't let me in, and this realtor doesn't pick up the phone and lives happily for herself, having received from me a commission of 73500 lira for this, as it turned out, dirty deal. When we arrived unannounced at her office meeting, instead of solving the problem and apologizing, she offered us to RENT an APARTMENT FROM HER!!!!!!!! No shame, no conscience, just smiles. She does not provide any contract, receipt, or accounting documents! Requires payment only in cash. Applications have been written to the police, tax and other inspections! In addition, she is personally familiar with the people to whom she sold the apartment and who were denied a residence permit because of registered strangers in the apartment they bought, i.e. she does not check the cleanliness of the apartments for sale in any way and refuses to solve the problems that arise!!!

Agent Valentina Vavilova from the Cheshmel agency sold us an apartment in Yenisehir in December, after examining it with us and explaining that her relatives of the owner show her, and there are no tenants here. She promised that they would leave within 45 days. So far, Valentina has not provided us with any agreement with the agency! As a result, we returned here in February and Valentina informs us that these are tenants and they have a lease agreement until September, when asked where to live, she offered to rent an apartment from her in cheshmel for 10,000 liras + deposit! She constantly lied to us that she was taking some action to vacate the apartment! She promised a free lawyer, who a couple of days later announced to us a price tag of $ 2,000 for his further services, Valentina was not surprised and told us that she could talk to him about a discount. On our offer to return the commission to us, Valentina said that she could, if we would only bring her a client and she would give us their commission from the purchase🥴
Before that, Valentina rented an apartment to our friend through another non-trusted agent who disappeared and could not find him for a long time to conclude a notarial agreement for a residence permit, she sold an apartment with registered people to another friend without warning about it!
When Valentina and Fyrat's deception of our apartment with the tenants was revealed, they stopped contacting us!

Caution!!! Don't trust this agency, we bought an apartment through them, and as a result we were left without an apartment that we can't get into and money. There is no place to live, we have been living on the street for five months! The agency took the commission, after which it disappeared. Valentina Vavilova offered to bring other clients from Russia, from whom we can get a percentage back. An extremely dishonest agency!!!
