I was looking for a pediatric dentist for a child, I found this clinic. Judging by the reviews, this clinic was positioned as the best in the city. However, I personally was dissatisfied with the service for several reasons. I signed up the child for an initial examination at 12:00, the day before the examination, the clinic called and asked to postpone it to 11:00. Well, there are all sorts of force majeure, I agreed. On the day of the inspection, we arrived with the child at 11:00. And as a result, we waited in the lobby until 12:00. For an hour with a 4-year-old child, sit in one place!!! The question is, then why did the clinic reschedule the appointment? We did not receive any special apologies or explanations for the reason for such an hour-long wait from the staff, but okay. The consultation with a pediatric dentist did not suit me. They asked me several times and focused on where and from whom exactly I learned about the clinic. I still didn't understand what it was about. Well, maybe that's how it's done? But this is not the most important thing. The main thing is that the doctor incorrectly determined the treatment plan for the child's tooth. Fortunately, my child received good treatment at another clinic, and I made conclusions for myself: the organization's high rating and 5.0 rating are not always true. But this is just my story. Maybe someone was more lucky with this clinic.
