We have been vacationing for several years in the Pmtsund, we ate in every cafe on Cypress Alley. The "cha cha" menu was perfect, the most important thing is that everything is cooked at once!!! With the heat of the moment!!! Literally everything is very tasty-meat dishes, pastries, barbecue, homemade wine.... A 100% full hall speaks for itself.

I have not met a worse canteen in all of Abkhazia, the service is 10, boorish aunts, poisoned themselves with my husband after lunch there, although we do not need to talk about rotovirus, we have been resting here for a week. If you don't want to tear your stomach and get an ulcer, avoid this place!!!!

Our neighbors in this cafe also had such rudeness towards the guests. There is no basic washbasin to wash your hands, let alone a toilet. How you can eat in such a place is not clear.

My family and I came to eat delicious food, my mother assured me that it was very tasty last year! There was a cue ball and only one place was free, we ordered dishes and that was it! The dishes were brought only after an hour and the khinkali in general after two! The dishes were all terrible, there was little meat in the hinkals and sooo much dough. I join all the previous positive reviews. Indeed, you need to understand what is being prepared for you in your presence. And it takes time. But the wait is worth it, the dishes are just wow!!! Of course, without the hostess Natalia, this place simply wouldn't be like this. Her care, attention, hospitality and culinary talent cover all possible disadvantages (we did not notice these disadvantages). The assistant girls have a special wish for patience and strength to withstand the constant influx of customers - unlike nearby cafes, it is difficult to find a free table here. I wish you to keep your brand and prosperity!

The most delicious place in all of Abkhazia!
Mussels are just wow, salads, fish, everything is great!
We liked it so much that we stopped here for breakfast - be sure to take the cheesecakes, they are delicious! Shakshuka is great!
They cook quickly, the portions are large, even the serving is good, then in a frying pan, then in a pot, then a wooden plank. It's a pity that we didn't find out about this place earlier!

The mutton is a frozen, bitter something. Khinkali is a giant lump of dough with minced meat, as my son said made of wood. The wine in the bottle was brought open, I suspect that the burds from the market were poured into it.All this beauty was carried for an incredibly long time, the neighboring table complained about the tough mutton, to which they received an answer:Well, what do you want, it's mutton :).The bill is brought with the tips already calculated, while the change was brought without 50 rubles, saying:Well, no. :). After entering the cafe, my husband, my child and I sat down at a table waiting for about five minutes, the waiter, who flew past the enormous size, decided to ask us what we wanted anyway)) well, let's say the menu starts))) having decided on the orders so that they would be very hungry, they thought that everything might not be very good, but it would go, but it was not there))) The kebab and mutton were just terribly disgusting made, and the smell from them was who from the locals knows to the point of self-immolation)) kurdyuk))) caesar with chicken is one name for herbal batva and crackers, but I won't say anything about okroshka with matsoni, has anyone tried potatoes on kefir? Then here you are)) yes, by the way, they have two pita bread rolls, like those stones on the beach) brought the bill does not correspond to the price list))) lyulya 280 wrote 300)) lavash 20 counted as 2))) by the way, the local yard dogs liked lyulya))) pass by this place so as not to spoil your appetite, mood and nerves for your money. It's a disgusting place. We came in the afternoon and chose the dishes. When we went to order, we were told that they would not cook, only in the evening they prepare the entire menu, and at lunch only set meals. When ordering a set lunch, it turned out that there was no chakhokhbili, they changed it to goulash. Then we were told that there were no pasta (which we ordered for chakhokhbili), we had to order buckwheat instead. In total, we were refused 3 times to order the dishes we wanted.
There were not enough cutlery for all, there were only 3 forks for 4 people.
Uncomfortable tables and chairs made of pallets.
The service is terrible, we waited a long time for the order.
The food is bland, completely without salt. Tasteless🤮
Maybe in the evening, it's fine here, but we didn't like it((.
The bill was carried for a very long time. The compote, which cost 100 rubles in the menu, was counted at 150 rubles, arguing that the menu had not yet been changed.🤦♀️
We do not recommend visiting.

We came to lunch with our family after reading reviews about this wonderful institution. I ordered a dolma for myself (I have long wanted to eat a real dolma), a pork neck kebab for my daughter, my wife ordered beef with mushrooms stewed in wine (I do not remember the name), a kettle of green tea with lemon and two slices of BREAD. While waiting for the order, I decided to order another 50 grams of vodka for appetite and asked to bring it along with hot, for some reason they brought an incomplete glass of 30 grams at once. The order was generally waited for 30-40 minutes. The first one was brought a shish kebab sprinkled with yellow dill and sauce with the same yellow dill. Instead of bread, they brought two large rolls (the receipt actually said pita bread). The kettle with tea was brought cold, I asked where the lemon was, in response: and he was there, in the kettle, they brought sweet beef with champignons black from old age. And finally, the long-awaited dolma, which was brought when the whole family had already eaten, these people apparently had not heard what dolma was and that there should be meat (minced meat) inside the grape leaves. After drinking 30 grams of warm vodka and eating a dozen twisted grape leaves, he left with deep disappointment. Only the child from the barbecue was satisfied, half of which remained untouched, as well as most of the beef. People who praise this institution, open your eyes, there are many other normal cafes in Pitsunda, where the food is much better and the service is better.
ZY: oh yes, I asked to bring water to the child not cold, they said that unfortunately it was not cold, they offered it from the tap, but they corrected themselves in a timely manner, they did not find cold water, as it turned out, the last one.

I have never seen worse service. This is the bottom. The dishes are dirty, the smell from the table is strange. When I asked for sugar for my coffee, the waitress didn't even understand what I was talking about at first. Shish kebab was ordered for 200 grams each, they brought everything on one plate. The food doesn't taste like wow. I hope we won't get poisoned. We're going to ask for the bill now, I'm looking forward to it.
P. S. Don't take cappuccino. This is instant coffee 3 in 1 or something, but for 120 rubles.
