Overall, it's good. The room was clean, cozy, everything was in the room. A sooo nice bonus is that the laundry was open every day and was free (included in the room rate, apparently) the room was booked through booking. Very convenient. And more profitable.
The sea is nearby, but there is clean air to breathe, there is no embankment there, and it is impossible to swim there. It would be necessary to get to a normal beach. By taxi, no problem.
There is a chic Georgian restaurant nearby, with very tasty food with large portions. Believe me, this is Important in Aktau)))

I liked the hotel! The staff is friendly and helps with all questions. There is a good gym, a 2-piece running track. The apartment has a kitchen with dishes and appliances, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, the room is nice, clean, slippers, soap accessories.The air conditioning system is common, but it can be adjusted. Of the big advantages, I will note the sound insulation, children lived next to the room, it was audible from the corridor or balcony, but being in the room it was not audible. The restaurant is currently under renovation, so only breakfast is possible, breakfast is usual. I wish the hotel prosperity, the staff is well done.

The hotel is literally a hundred meters from the beach... and the sea, literally step over the fence and you are on the coastline, you can see the Caspian sea from the room window, I liked everything in general!! The balconies are wide and super, rains are probably rare in Aktau))) The sun always shone in our room in the morning! Well, the room has air conditioning! The staff is great, they speak all languages! We lived in an apartment with a kitchen for 10 days. We cooked ourselves, or if we got bored, we ordered food delivery, or went to a cafe, since it's across the street))) and the nearest 24-hour supermarket behind the hospital complex. immediately. You can walk to the center in 10* 15 minutes and you are almost on the central embankment... and there you can get to the center and Dodo pizza, the shum shopping center is not far away, but everything is there.... It's such a small town, but everything is compactly arranged... Local air-conditioned buses saved you from the heat! Yandex and Maxim taxis drive fast, KFS delivery, very convenient))

The best service we have met in all our travels
Like it · I really liked the service and the attitude of the staff towards the guests. They will always help you change money at the reception, cleaning is generally ideal - they clean and make the bed every day, moreover, they wash the dishes and put things out. A unique bonus of this hotel is free laundry, things are washed quickly (in the morning they were taken away, in the evening they were given away), dried things are neatly folded (even socks in pairs). In general, it feels like my mom traveled with me) For comparison, we were more comfortable in this hotel than in the Almaty Ibis from Novotel.
Nearby there is a 24-hour grocery store, a cafe with good prices and delicious Georgian cuisine.
I didn't like it · I didn't like the fact that you can only take the elevator to the room by inserting a card, but it reads very, very poorly and is very annoying. Also, the reception could better convey information about the advantages of the hotel, such as cheap water or free laundry.
Important: the beach at the hotel can hardly be called a beach - it smells of sulfur and is not equipped. You can walk 15-20 minutes on foot or take a taxi in 5 minutes for 700 tenge (call through the InDrive service, it is used by all locals) to Dostar beach

The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours had a kitchenette, which is a big plus. The staff solves all the hitches quickly (if something is missing, they will bring it). Water for 100 tenge per liter and a half. The cards are discharged periodically. The hotel is next to the sea. Unfortunately, the smell on the coast leaves much to be desired. As they say from the sewage treatment plants nearby. The water is clean and transparent and it does not smell, i.e. the smell is brought by the wind from somewhere. Everyone goes swimming somewhere out of town. In general, if the city is engaged in the improvement of beaches and normal wastewater treatment, it will be super.
