The cuisine is always different, one dish is served in different ways, but the waiters are great, trying to smooth out the corners. There are nuances in the wine list. The menu has a large assortment, there was one Macalan whiskey available. I had to drink Remy Martin cognac.

There were no beef dishes at all, and no mushrooms either. From what was brought. To the remark that the meat was sour, the waiter replied that it was doused with vinegar, and Uzbeks always cook like that, haha. Then the cook said that there was no vinegar there, and everyone changed their shoes and began to claim that they had tasted it and did not feel any sour taste (and it even smelled sour). Of course, they refused to exclude it from the bill.

A) this is how they cook in Uzbekistan
B) it's not sour at all, they tried it with the cook and everything is fine.
As a result, this was included in the bill for us and in general they proved in every possible way that they were right, and this is something wrong with our taste and sense of smell.
This is the first time I have encountered this, I would not recommend anyone to go to an institution where they do not understand some basic rules of customer relations.
