The hotel is excellent, the staff is courteous.Very clean and tidy.The interior is great.The price includes breakfast and sauna.The sauna is spacious, and the pool is large.The cuisine is great, especially the manti))))I liked.The prices are reasonable.So if you choose from hotels in Karaganda, I would recommend Chaika.👍

A great hotel, in a beautiful, picturesque place! Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel! The city center! Helpful and courteous staff! Excellent breakfasts. The perfect combination of price / quality! I highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel, wonderful service and attention to the guests of the hotel. Excellent cuisine, good room cleaning and excellent sound insulation of the rooms. The staff takes a responsible approach to fulfilling their duties
