A real hotel. Super modern rooms in such an age-old hotel are amazing and pleasing! The spirit of hospitality is felt! I was there twice with an interval of 15 years)))! But the level is always of the same quality! The price and quality correspond. Apart from the small boorish antics of the staff, which does not detract from the dignity of the hotel itself, I can confidently recommend it!

We did the wedding at the Chaika restaurant on the second floor, to say that it was terrible is to say nothing... The hall is beautiful, BUT there are no air conditioners in the hall, it is stuffy terribly, the windows apparently do not open either. We booked the hall in February, the administrator said that the banquet would cost 7000 tenge / person, the wedding arch for registration as a gift will be, as a result, 2 weeks before the wedding, we will find out that the administrator has changed, the prices for banquets are not 7000, but from 10000, there are no gifts. As a result, we seemed to come to an agreement with the administrator, she did it for us at the old price as originally agreed, she said that there would be an arch. The day before the wedding, we found out that the arch would not be decorated, just an iron frame (thanks for the gift ...), as a result, we did not even put this frame, we had to look for designers 2 hours before the celebration who would come up with something instead of this arch. The service is threefold, there are no waiters in the hall throughout the banquet, the napkins on the table of the young people were not cleaned, they broke a bottle of wine for us, of course no one reimbursed it, and in general they did not return a lot of drinks to us, although we know for sure that the guests did not drink so much. But the most outraged thing was that when all the guests sat down at the tables, there were no plates on the table, the administrator explained this by saying that they would bring hot food now, without giving hungry guests to eat salad and snacks. The kitchen is disgusting, the hot is still somehow edible, then the salads are all of the same type and taste, all chopped in huge chunks, the impression is that you eat an appetizer, not a salad, the appetizers are not delicious. In general, if you want the wedding to go off with a bang, there's nothing in the world do not go to the Tea...
