Two stars only for the beautiful territory.
For recreation, I do not recommend renting houses through the administration/website,
Since the administration simply does not understand what basic service, customer orientation and cleanliness are.
I have heard good reviews when renting from the owners of the houses directly, perhaps this would be a better impression, but for now even two buildings are a stretch.
The territory is beautiful even despite the construction site.
And social coffee (breeze) requires a separate review. I strongly advise you not to go there for breakfast or dinner.

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction.
Yesterday (29.07.) We stopped at the hotel. The room costs 10925 SOM per day.
The first thing that caught our eye was the mess in the room, although we were assured that the cleaning was done (I will attach photos). We called the maid and went to the beach. Two hours later, the room was still dirty!
There was no air freshener, no towels, no toilet paper, not even the usual soap was brought.
As a result, the cleaning was done, but it was of no use, only the balcony was removed and the floors were washed again. And the dust? And the bathroom?
No one bothered to remove the strange blanket with stains and clean the carpet too. Why should I walk in someone else's hair?
Later it turned out that our shower stall was leaking and the toilet was not being filled, the TV was not working and there was not even a remote control from it. Specialists can make repairs only in our presence. Again, the question is: why should I sit and waste my time when you had to do all this before the guests checked in.
The next incomprehensible moment: we bought breakfast (it is very strange that for such money they are not included in the price), however, I fell ill and lay in the room in the morning, according to my ticket they did not let us take breakfast to the room. What difference does it make where I'll eat it if it's paid for?
Today I asked for an iron, to which they told me at the reception that it should be in my room anyway, the maids just didn't keep up. What does it matter to me who didn't keep up? What else should be in my room that I do not know? And look at the iron yourself (there is a photo), this is so that I burn my things with such a surface, apparently?!
I was going to a "cool" hotel, but in fact it turned out that there are not even any basic concepts of service and cleanliness here.
The price of this number is 3-4 thousand SOM at most.
But not 11.
My vacation is ruined. Thank you.

One star for the beauty of the territory. But that's it. Dear ladies, be careful, because if you did not take with you a separate suitcase with shampoos and minimal care cosmetics, then after swimming in the lake, room 9k is ready to offer you only hand soap. In general, a room for this amount does not represent anything, 6x6 meters at most for two.) And also, if you are afraid of insects, then your goal is to die in the stuffiness, because there is no window with a grid in the room that can be opened. Oh, yes, there is no window at all, there is only a balcony through which a huge spider climbed up to us. And if you're counting on an air conditioner, then don't, it's not there. Yes, even the hood in the shower / toilet does not work. White walls are very beautiful, but they will be smeared with dead mosquitoes, and yes there are a lot of them in the evening, be prepared for this. And if you are not satisfied with something upon arrival, then do not write to support and do not call the number that you were given for communication, they did not answer us personally for a day, it is better to go to registration right away, there is at least some staff there. And you will always hear a loud beeping, this is the sound of a mini car that backs up.) I can attribute all this horror to the fact that tourism is not developed here. But if you value your comfort more than your external beauty, do not visit this place at all.

Well, what can I say, 2 stars only for the beautiful territory, the rest is a minus, the rooms are supposedly new, mattresses with springs, all the furniture is shabby, the cheapest, the cleaning is disgusting, the balcony is covered in cobwebs, the floors are dirty, there are no bathroom accessories, no foot towels, no beach towels. Upon check-in and check-out (it was raining outside, and they also slept there, did not pick up the phone, it's good that our driver was standing at the reception, went to wake them up, despite the fact that on the eve I went to them, took a number for communication and warned that we were leaving at 6 a.m.)))) with 2 children, one is 9 and the other is a year old (they take an electric car to the room) they do not help with luggage)))) we had 3 suitcases and a stroller, he's on the phone, he doesn't see it)))) and all these jokes for 12 thousand soms per day (for a week we gave 80 thousand, this is the cost of a 5-star hotel for a second), we had a room with a view of Issy-Kul, the first coast!!! Even on the balcony, the board is in terrible condition, a few days later they found a bunch of splinters in the children's legs and arms, it was just a shock, a one-year-old child then picked them out, it's just dangerous to go out on the balcony! Are you a bankrupt owner, I'm telling you this in advance, with such management, either drop the prices 3 times, or do you think that stupid people come to you for such money? Do you think there is nothing to compare it with?))) And take away the resort, don't make people laugh, write a camp site, don't mislead people!

The territory is beautiful, but there are no mountains or lakes in sight, so-so for traveling. The rooms are partially new, but it's cold there, plus there is everything for the kitchen.

To describe all the disadvantages of this place, I will give an excerpt from the dialogue with the representatives of the hotel:
- Why are there stains of unknown content on the towels?
- They didn't wash off, it happens
The situation is similar with the cleanliness of the rooms and the general attitude towards the guests😔
