On March 5, 2025, I visited your store to buy tea. Unfortunately, my experience left an unpleasant impression, and there is no desire to return anymore. The blonde sales girl was unfriendly and reluctant to answer questions. When I asked for help with the choice, to recommend tea or to explain the differences between the varieties, she was clearly annoyed, did not want to explain anything and did not try to help.
I'm sorry for your business, because such employees can do a lot of harm. I know how difficult it is to build a business and gain the trust of customers, and such an attitude negates all efforts. A good sales consultant is able to talk so passionately about a product that you immediately want to buy it.
Dear owner, please pay attention to this situation. Judging by the reviews below, it's not the first time. The quality of service is what helps to attract and retain customers. I hope your store will be able to offer a more enjoyable service in the future.
