Since we have recently become the happy owners of a coffee machine, naturally there was a need for high-quality coffee beans. It was a completely new experience for me, a kind of immersion into the unknown world of varieties, roasting and flavors. Therefore, when I went to the Chayu Chai specialty store, I sincerely hoped for competent advice and help in choosing the "right" ideal grain.
Unfortunately, my expectations were not fulfilled. Instead of professional help and interested participation, I was faced with detachment and a complete lack of desire to help a novice coffee lover. The salesperson seemed more interested in his conversations than in the needs of the customer.
Unfortunately, I only got a negative experience and disappointment in "Chai Chai". The impression remained extremely unpleasant, and, unfortunately, I will no longer visit this store. I hope my review will help other customers avoid this situation and find a place where customers are treated with great attention and professionalism.

It's a good choice, we like to sample tea by weight, but something is regular. As it is expensive for pressed puer and resin, it is more profitable to buy for the same price on delivery.

I have been making Chinese tea for 9 years, I am always glad to see new tea places, but I really want them to develop, not get stuck, and even more so, not worsen the quality of their service.
I give 3 stars for several reasons: 1) the purchase limit is at least 30 grams, on the one hand it is clear, but not objective, because tea needs to be tasted to understand its quality, 30 grams is quite a lot for a sample
2) I bought a palace pu-erh gold - disappointed, he absorbed the flavors of all the nearby teas - it's unpleasant to drink. Still, for tea, 30 BYN per 100 g is a big minus.
I did not remove the star for service, because in principle, the attitude towards customers is neutral, indifferent, but not negative, as happens in other places

Just a disgusting attitude towards customers. The seller was standing at a nearby pavilion and chewing on a bun, and the request to come over for a minute was ignored by chance
