We had a family vacation for 7 days. My impressions were twofold: on the one hand, everything is beautiful, the service is amazing, but there is not enough thoughtfulness. It seems that the leaders of this complex have never been on the side of the guests. Let me explain now: it is not possible to eat in a restaurant with author's cuisine for more than three or four days. It already makes you sick in a couple of days, add classic European or Belarusian cuisine, caesar or borscht to the menu at last. The existing power supply format needs to be changed urgently. And why not add seasonal fruits for breakfast: watermelons and melons, it's August outside. Also, for an institution of this level and with such a price , it is a shame not to have air conditioning in the rooms , in the heat +28-+30 it is not possible to sleep, and the ceiling fan is very noisy. I understand that houses are made of timber and I don't want to make extra holes, but excuse me, your reputation and customer comfort.But there are also good points: the beach is super, it's worth going for, a large selection of entertainment on and off the beach. It's an amazing place. Nature is magnificent. The view from the balcony makes you order breakfast in the room.
The rooms themselves are slightly battered already, but not critically. The beach is probably packed at the weekend, we were alone on it for half a day on Monday. Saps and kayaks should definitely be tried. The closed lake on the right is simply indescribable. It's like there's only you and no one else. There are a lot of berries in the forest, there is a cool playground.
The sauna is a separate delight - you need to book and get high.
The restaurant disappointed, or rather as an expensive restaurant taken separately - it's cool to come there, as a restaurant in a residential complex where you spend a couple of days - not very much. The children's menu is much more interesting and tastier than an adult😁😁😁😁

My wife and I came to rest in a quiet and peaceful place (as we expected, judging by the site). We wanted to sit in silence, surrounded by pine trees on the terrace, chat, enjoy nature and silence. Unfortunately, we did not succeed, because a wedding was held in the lounge area, and very loudly. The music was blaring, the voices of the presenters and guests. The question arises: is this a way of ridiculing the rest of the guests staying at the hotel (in particular, me and my wife)? What did we pay money for? Yes, if we had been warned, we would not have gone on such a vacation for free! How could you have thought of organizing a wedding in the same building with the people living in the rooms? There is a restaurant! A separate building could be built, after all! By the way, about the "Lounge area". It seems that there is some kind of confusion here, because the lounge is a space created for relaxation, rebooting, relaxation, rest, and not for noisy celebrations! In general, unfortunately, the impressions are negative.
As for other things - the rooms, the kitchen, the staff - everything is at a high level. But such a nuance speaks volumes.

The restaurant has a small menu, but it is clear that everything has been worked out and the only drawback is that you have to wait quite a long time. It would be great if it wasn't so sad!
We chose the Greenwood Chalet as a place to celebrate a birthday in a modest company, and, as a result, we were left with not the most pleasant impressions.
Admittedly, the concept of the place is not bad enough, but its implementation leaves much to be desired, starting with life-worn, creaky furniture, a stained mirror in the hallway, a clogged watering can of the upper shower, dubiously cleaned plumbing, a hole in a body towel and a smell in the bathroom, which by morning turned into the smell of a public toilet at the station and ending with the correspondence of special offers to reality and the positions held by the staff.
I would like to mention the latter in more detail: upon check-in, the administrator was pleased with a discount for dinner at the restaurant in honor of the birthday (as confirmation, a copy of the passport was made for further transfer to the restaurant staff) and advised to book a table in advance with an additional warning from the restaurant administrator about the birthday, which we actually did literally within half an hour after checking in, hoping that this would be more than enough for a great evening.
The evening really could have been great, because the food and service were amazing, for which special thanks to the chefs and the waitress, but after the meal everything did not go according to plan: after payment, we noticed that the promised discount was not applied and the waitresses clarified why. It was immediately clear from her appearance that she did not understand what was going on at all, so we decided to resolve this issue with the administrator, who waved off the logical question about the discount in the receipt with the phrase "you should have warned the waiter, there is nothing we can do now." No other answer was received to the logical question "how can this be?" (and for a second it was the same administrator with whom we had booked the table in advance), despite the fact that she confirmed the fact that she remembers that there should be a discount in honor of the Birthday. The last straw was that, in the end, the receptionist just left us to meet other guests.
It was decided to contact the reception for further resolution of the situation, because in fact, the question was not at all about the monetary difference of the check (we went to Greenwood not knowing about the discount for the holiday), but that the staff dumped all responsibility for fulfilling their promises on the client and in no way even tried that- then take action.
Fortunately, the receptionist at the reception did not try to shift responsibility for the current situation to us and did everything to smooth out the not very pleasant impressions of visiting the restaurant, especially on her birthday, for which special thanks to her.
But that's not all: by the morning it became very chilly in the room, the floor near the exit to the terrace was just icy and the impossibility of separate temperature control in the room only finished off the whole picture...

They rented a sauna there. At a price, of course, more expensive than in the city, but it's worth it! Two steam rooms: dry and wet steam, a swimming pool, bath sets are included for the number of seats ordered... Special attention should be paid to the terrace with its mattresses made of fresh hay (what a smell it has!!!) and the view itself from it. There is a huge table for gatherings in the hall. Honey and herbal fragrant tea.
In a word: there is plenty of space!
The only downside, in my opinion, is that there are no dishes except cups and saucers. But I think there are no problems here either. I think that if you call the receptionist at the reception desk, then everything you need will be brought from the restaurant. And in general, you can make orders from the restaurant menu there. There is a price list and an internal phone number for contacting the administrator.

The place is really beautiful. But.....We couldn't order a bathhouse. Since there are only four sessions for 2 hours a day!!! And this is for 20 rooms!!!! Not to be unfounded: I ordered goulash soup and ribs. It seems that this is not a good cook, it still needs to be tried. But he could) The soup is a weak broth with small pieces of Moose, it has nothing to do with Hungarian goulash. I know what I'm talking about, I was in Hungary, I ate goulash there) but especially the boss "managed" the ribs. It's like this.... mmm ... something like if you buy the cheapest smoked ribs in a vacuum in a store, heat them in the oven and pour sauce on top. The restaurant is three with a huge minus. I will not spoil the rating, I will put 4. At the very least, you can live there and have lunch in Brest, but it was difficult for me to go to Jules Verne after the hotel restaurant). The place itself is beautiful, no questions asked. But the restaurant poisoned all the impressions.

We spent a short vacation at the Greenwood Chalet. Great location, quiet, cozy. There is a place to walk. I liked everything very much! A room with a highway overlooking the forest. You feel isolated, no one bothers you. The service is excellent. Thanks a lot to all the staff. The restaurant is on top! The breakfasts and all the dishes are great. Special thanks to the chef. Brest is 35 km away. This is also a plus. My wife and I often relax in such hotels, and this vacation was a success! The only wish is to allow accommodation with pets. We have been to this place several times . We arrived on February 14th, Valentine's Day. It's all good......rooms, food, nature. I would like to especially mention the sauna complex. Everything is at a good level, I especially liked the professional approach to background music. Respect! But there is one "BUT". When ordering a full range of services....you also need to pay for the entrance ticket to the restaurant. Since there was a cover band performance. I understand everything.......but 40 rubles per person. We think maybe Solodukha will perform. Aah, no. Amateur musicians . Of course we paid and went. The staff is polite and helpful, you can organize an active holiday.
Separately about the restaurant. In 4 days we tried all the salads and almost all the hot dishes. Let there be an intrigue for you, I will say one thing, you will not regret it. Be sure to visit, relax here for a couple of days, even at any time of the year.

A good place to relax by the lake. Scooters do not make noise, inappropriate music does not hollow out the brain, polite staff! I'm shooting a star for entertainment on the water. In particular, "no credit" for life jackets! They give out just taken from their predecessors, abundantly soaked in someone else's sweat! Therefore, the vest is removed almost immediately after departure. In my case, by boat. The boats are not bad, but the trouble is with the oars! The handles are very thin! Almost "pencils". As a result, the hands get tired noticeably quickly and the palms get chafed. p.s. I was born and grew up on the Volga, practically with oars in my hands, so I know what I'm talking about. On a day off, there was just a "Soviet" queue at the bar. Not the most pleasant picture, not to mention that I wanted to drink something, but without long downtime in the queue! I would also like a more prompt cleaning of the beach area. Empty coke cans were lying around us for half a day, left by someone like a pig. So there is something for the administration to work on. Therefore, I sincerely wish not to ruin an initially good project!

I come to this institution every year. The restaurant is good, the level of waiters is 3- . The staff level at the reception is 3-. They are not very friendly, they will not even ask how their vacation went. The Wi-fi has finally become good. A breakfast buffet has appeared. And this is +. There was a time when we came there with a dog. This is not the case now . And this is A HUGE DISADVANTAGE. The institution is definitely not developing. He's stomping around.
There is simply no alternative to this institution on the White Lake. Everything is closed!!!! Very sorry.
