The sign located on the front door of the pet store has an operating mode from 11 to 20. Arriving at the store on 04/15/24 at about 19:50, there was a sign on the door "technical break 5 minutes". OK, it happens (which is a very common occurrence for this store!). I went to the pharmacy, after leaving which the break sign continued to hang. In order not to waste time, I decided to go to the grocery store Vesta (in the same building). Having paid at the checkout, I go to the door of the pet store, I see that the sign is also hanging, but the seller is already in outerwear and bags heading for the exit (the time was 20:01). Undoubtedly, working hours are over, BUT when asked why there was a break sign before the end of working hours, the seller replied that she closes the store at 19:55. Is this considered the norm? No! Then change the schedule and do not mislead customers! This is a violation of consumer rights!
Terrible service. The seller behaves incorrectly, is rude. He does not know the range of goods, he has to choose at random. With such employees, you will scare away all customers.
