This club has been in existence for 6-7 years and has become very popular.In all three halls, you constantly see people engaged in physical self-improvement. There is a place for both athletes and those who are recommended for physical therapy. Accordingly, the groups are divided into halls: dumbbell, cardio and general development (see photo). The coaching staff is staffed by specialists who, in addition to professional training, have certificates for physical therapy. Of course, as it should be, there is a fairly large locker room, a shower room for simultaneous showering by four visitors (and this, I must say, is not like in many fitness clubs, where they save on the area of shower cabins) and a bathhouse (more precisely, a steam room). As they say, all conditions have been created, even in the evening until 23 o'clock you can train if there is a time limit during the day. Champion Gym is a system of 8 clubs in Astana operating according to a single concept aimed at improving the health of the population. They are waiting for you here, come!

The atmosphere in the hall is purely working, people come to plow, everything is simple without pathos, the coach is super , especially Marta , a beauty, a professional, happy to share her skills and professionalism, I did not think that she would drag me into bodybuilding so much and it will be a part of my life. I recommend Coach Marta!

Excellent fitness room. Friendly and courteous staff. Good exercise equipment. There is no queue for exercise equipment when I visit. Very convenient location, not far from the bus stop, along the road. The toilets are always clean.

Great gym. The trial visit is 3000 tenge. Spacious. Good exercise machines. Water in the cooler. Clean showers. Large lockers. Nice admins. There is a bar with fitness drinks. The sauna was warm, but not hot, the only negative.

I didn't go any further than reseshen. Therefore, I cannot give 5 stars because I did not train in the gym itself. But the gym on Zhambyl 8 is where I put 5 stars since I was there and trained. The hall is small, but there is even a sauna😱😱😱

Of the cons... In the evenings, there are too many visitors. Music can be turned on like "Hands up". Some of the lockers in the locker room are short and uncomfortable. There are not enough odd dumbbells and shelves for phones and water in the small hall.
