The Chaplin Cinema Theater is of disgusting quality, especially in the 1st hall. They gave me the money for the tickets. I went a month later and got into the 1st gym again. Nothing has changed. Dark quality. I also asked at the ticket counter when I had already bought a ticket. The last time was of poor quality. Will it be better now?- The answer is, let me refund your money or change it to another gym. So don't be fooled.
Upset the children. It's better to go to the Cinema in megu or to the cinema on Pravda. Or in the Moscow shopping center.
AND IN CHAPLIN ADK, NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS.

It's a terrible movie theater. We came to the cinema, there is no one near the halls, no one checks the tickets. Everyone was sitting outside the hall until the session started. They shouted, no one needs anything from the administration.... They all went in themselves.... The image on the screen is dark and there is no sharpness. My eyes hurt after the session. It's not worth spending 6,000 for three people.

In halls 1 and 3, the screens are very dark and the speakers are on the sides, it's impossible to watch movies, and I'm generally silent about the temperature in the halls, today it was +35 degrees outside and +29 degrees in the hall, so the warm mode is on, not cooling, I could barely stand it to the end. I don't recommend the cinema.

06.06.2025 we came with the children to the movie, the session is at 17.00. There was no ventilation in the hall, it was very stuffy!!!! He asked one of the employees to fix it, said he would inform the administration, BUT NOTHING WAS FIXED!!!! THERE WAS NO VENTILATION UNTIL THE END OF THE CESSNA AT 18.50. WE WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN

My daughter loves the children's cinema here very much. Every visit to Almaty is not complete without visiting it. There is a slide on which children can ride when they are tired of sitting, the seats are the first row as a bed, then the ottomans (last time changed to more comfortable ones), the last two rows are ordinary armchairs. When we arrive in Almaty, we will definitely come again.

The screen quality is just disgusting. Ventilation/air conditioning is not working at all. The children in the audience were suffering and crying while watching. When asked why it was so stuffy and hot, they replied that they didn't know, everything was working.
I don't recommend it.

I have not seen worse service in cinemas yet, only the schedule on the website is relevant, everything on the menu is either no longer there, or more expensive, there is zero control in the hall during the session, children ran and yelled at the whole hall, I advise everyone to avoid this place

We were yesterday, May 25, 2024, at the session at 17.00 "Furios. The Chronicles of Mad Max". The screen in Hall 1 is just disgusting. There are some vertical and horizontal stripes. The image quality leaves much to be desired. There are no complaints about the sound, chairs and employees. The sound is good, the chairs are comfortable, the staff is polite. But the image.... We are not only listening, but also going to watch a movie.
We used to visit this cinema often, now we will look for an alternative

We were at Chaplin Adc in Hall 1 watching deadpool at 23:40.
The quality seemed to be pirated, plus there were screeds on the screen. The quality is terrible, the sound worked on one right side. Not another foot. The impression of the film is ruined. I ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE ANOTHER CINEMA

We went to the Barbie movie
1) Bought tickets online. We came to the cinema 15 minutes before the start, stood in line (not a small one) for popcorn and went to the cinema. At the entrance, we are told that tickets must be printed at the ticket office. Let's go stand in line again to print the tickets...
What is the point of buying tickets online if you have to go to the ticket office anyway and print them out? After all, their advantage is that you immediately go to the cinema, bypassing the queue at the box office. And you don't waste paper on printing tickets (doing it eco-friendly). This is the first time I've seen this.
2) We took popcorn with caramel, but half of the pancakes were salty, and half were caramel. A very strange author's taste, however. The hot dog was cooked for 15 minutes, instead of the stated 10, so at the beginning of the film I had to go pick it up.
3) We took the last row - the seats there are uncomfortable. The backs of the chairs are against the wall at an angle of 90 degrees, which eliminates the possibility of leaning back a little. There is little legroom. It was uncomfortable to sit
4) There were subtitles at the bottom of the film. They were half cut off. Why crop the picture from below?
5) During the film, someone was vaping in the hall or an electronic cigarette (presumably), because a characteristic smoke was visible in the hall. They don't keep order in the hall, it turns out
6) We were told that the rating of the film is 18+ and asked my husband if I am 18. At the same time, there were children in the hall. That's weird, okay.
I don't plan to visit this cinema anymore.
