I was immediately recorded in the studio, the location is very convenient, the conditions are good, there is even a children's corner. The good thing is that the toilet is clean, I liked the box with a micellar, daily diaries and other girlish necessities. It's a very cool solution, I don't know who came up with it, but it's great. There are expired products on the shelves, which I am more than sure have not been destroyed. The shelves are also cluttered, which is not good. Ilina or Elina's master is not bad, her hands grow from the right place, but familiarity in the workplace is not a standard of behavior. Thanks to the administrator Olga for the call, Olga has not learned how to introduce herself since September. The pedicure wasn't bad on the whole, but I'm not going back.

1. About the opening of the salon N- e time ago was much better. At the moment, normal masters who can do manicure / pedicure: 2-3 specialists and an appointment for 1-1.5 months in advance.
2. The last visit left much to be desired: the master ruined the nails during the pedicure by sawing the top layer, which I found out after removing the coating from another specialist… thank you.
3. Tea / coffee is not included in the cost of reception, as the administrator informs upon the fact in the provided invoice.
4. I got into the window when the electricity was turned off, we live in the 21st century, there are electric generators if the administration monitors the quality, because they are available in normal salons. I had to wait for a miracle for 30 minutes in the hope that they would give me light and I would not go home with an unfinished manicure on one hand 🌝

I stopped worrying about my thin cuticle at all, not a single cut during all this time, and most importantly, not a single extended nail flew off, although I did not make anything with my hands)

I remember when I came for the first time, my stomach was still very sore at that time, but manicure is sacred, you can't skip it, she gave me pills and treated me to her chocolate bar, not every master is so nice and courteous with clients🫶🏻And her hand massage, just something with something!! I was at a manicure today (04/03/2013), a very unpleasant situation occurred. According to the price list posted everywhere and with online recording, the price for the service of interest is fixed everywhere at 170,000 soums (combined manicure with gel polish coating). I was asked for 200,000 soums when paying, explaining to my question that I was with a top master (despite the fact that this information was missing when recording). I was in a hurry, paid, came home and decided to check the information in the price list. So, nowhere was there a separate price list for the top master, indicating who is the top master. I wanted to resolve this issue peacefully by writing about this incident on Instagram. I was sure that the difference of 30,000 soums would be refunded to me, the price list would be updated so that customers would no longer get into such a situation. In response to my message, I was confirmed that this information is not in the price list and when recording, but they showed me a single Instagram post dated August 3, 2022, where this information really exists. They refused to return the money to me. The sediment after communication is extremely unpleasant. And by the way, the "top master" made me a curved shape. I went to the salon several times, since they were doing fine near the house. After today's situation, I will not return there, and I will warn my friends about possible incidents. I do not recommend it if you do not want to pay more than indicated in the price list. It is better to go to places with transparent pricing and good quality. (By the way, I wouldn't be surprised if the price list is abruptly updated today)

I have visited the studio more than once, I sign up either in Yandex.direct or by phone, the administrator is always polite, tries to choose a convenient time according to the criteria, the day before the recording they call for confirmation. I do not choose any particular master, I have been with several, and everything is done very efficiently - the shape of the nail, accuracy in processing, chipping, peeling has never been. The 4-hand option is convenient when you get a manicure and pedicure in 2 hours. There are also such small things as a shelf for a bag, a phone stand, tea, coffee, compote, and sometimes champagne are offered) - all this also leaves a pleasant impression. The prices are excellent, manicures and pedicures cost about 300 rubles. I recommend the studio!

I recommend this nail studio. Here they are sensitive to the requirements of sanitary standards. They carefully sterilize all instruments, work in masks and gloves. Even their nail files are disposable. In addition, the masters and the administration are very attentive to their customers. They will be greeted with a warm smile, offer tea or coffee and create a warm atmosphere. I've been coming here for two years now. No rpz was used. In general, everything is at a high level here.
