Hello. In July 2024, there were very affordable prices for renting Cot beds, I note good, and large Cot Beds give out Dishes, Barbecue, Hearth, Firewood, Coal is included in the price of the Cot. There is a sink for washing food in the Cot, and a fan for dishes, you can stay overnight on the Cot for a fee. A big plus is that you can take food, groceries, and drinks with you and cook your own meals. The pool is still under reconstruction, but they promise to open soon, but there is a small beach and an exit for swimming in Charvak. There is a Bar for drinks, at affordable prices, as in Tashkent almost. I want to mention the Administration, namely the Adminstrator Elvira, thank her very much! for all our requests, she was happy to help with all the Service + 5.

I really like to relax here, the rooms are equipped with all amenities. The staff is polite, helpful and very helpful. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious, which is in autumn, winter and summer. The pool is large and very comfortable, it's a pity there is no heating. There's plenty of room for everyone. The organization of leisure activities for children is super, they cooked pizza and painted, and held sports events and made 5 kg of chocolate. The lamb was cut for Hait and there was a very beautiful serving of meat on all tables. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay with you. Wait for us again.

We spent half a day in the pool, but not in the rooms. The pool is very exciting - you can swim or lie on the sun loungers, there is a bar next to it with cold and hot drinks.
We ordered a tapchan, almost everything is fine - the food is delicious, they cook well, it's comfortable on the tapchan.
However, there are no waiters to be found! If you need something, you will have to run towards the kitchen, look for someone there (the waiter also incorrectly told us the volume of pilaf and kebabs, fortunately, despite the fact that the order was slightly incorrect, we really liked the food!

We were at this hotel from 09.05.23 to 11.05.23. The territory is beautiful, well-maintained, there is an exit to the reservoir, there is a beautiful view. The rooms are not bad, but for the price that was paid, they could have been better (a day cost about 17 tr.).
The breakfasts are not tasty, primitive, a kettle of tea is paid. There is no service. The choice of food on the menu in the restaurant is quite meager. I had to go to the mountains for lunch (taxi drivers, taking advantage of the opportunity, could not deny themselves to cash in on us).
The pool was cold, you can't go swimming there, but maybe it's just not the season yet.
In general, I do not recommend the hotel from the word at ALL, there is no service and there is nowhere to get out except on excursions.

The hotel is magnificent! The territory is well maintained, surrounded by greenery and roses. The pool and the lounge area around it are a miracle. The rooms are spacious, clean, well furnished, linen and towels are snow-white. The lake is a 15-minute walk away. The food in the cafe is delicious, served beautifully. In the evening, a musician plays the guitar wonderfully in a teahouse! And she sings very well!!! Breakfast on the veranda by the pool is also delicious and hearty. One big minus: there's loud and stupid music by the pool. From the very morning until 21-00. It hits my ears, drives me crazy. In such a beautiful place, you want to listen to quiet, calm, beautiful, relaxing music, birdsong, contemplate the mountains, the lake, nature. But the guy from the booth with the music doesn't think so, and turns it on according to his plebeian-redneck taste. He does not respond to requests to turn down the volume, or shows obscene gestures. In general, all the staff is friendly, except for this geek. Apparently, in the absence of the hostess, he considers himself in charge there... It's good that the hostess of the hotel, a pleasant and adequate woman, was just resting with us, we asked her and immediately everything changed: and the music was calm and quiet. It means a lot for a relaxing holiday! Thank you very much, Tamara Alekseevna! Train your staff to good taste and polite hospitality towards guests. And in general, we rate the hotel highly. The price corresponds to the quality. Considering everything there is in the area of Lake Charvak, this hotel is the best!!!

A very nice, cozy hotel! I liked it very much; I was satisfied with everything: from bedding to furniture. From the balcony/terrace with access to the street to the kitchen (including a good breakfast). Friendly staff, nice territory. There is a private access to the beach with slippers. I would love to return there not only for work; but also with my family. I recommend it for visiting and relaxing!

I will leave in the review the facts about visiting the recreation area, which in my opinion become important if you pay attention to the fact that the hotel claims a high level of service in advertising and on the website. I will indicate that the hotel has one, but a good, clean and large swimming pool, beautiful mountain views, there is a descent to the Chervak, a clean sauna and hammam (paid), the territory is also clean, unlike the rooms.
So, we checked into a room on the third floor, I wanted to call the reception desk, but it turned out that the phone did not have a wire inserted and there was no wire at all, I went down to the reception desk, and there was no one there, I went up to the room, the TV did not work, the bed was not fully made, I went down.... The man at the front desk appeared. She told me about the problem and offered to change the number. They moved to the first floor - smoky room 102 (in the armor room for non-smokers), the refrigerator stinks and cracks, water flows from all taps in the shower at once, the toilet is wobbly - but there is a serviceable phone) By the way, it is not always useful, since the phone is picked up at the restaurant and reception every other time. The door through which the guests access the pool is not equipped with a door closer and we listened to the minute-by-minute clapping, since the room is on the ground floor. In the "restaurant", the food is cooked for about an hour and brought cold, and if you want to pay with a card, you will have to run after the cashier, who is not there. By the end of the second day, discover the secret of getting non-cold food and water that will not be brought to your room - you need to ask and complain, but first you need to find an employee, of course, which is not easy ...... The breakfasts are meager and very budget-friendly, even the coffee that is included in the breakfast is instant.
They went for a walk, the sign "clean the room" hung for more than 3 hours - the room was not cleaned. Since I chose the hotel according to the principle of the declared service, I was very disappointed because there is no one.
The amount spent for a couple for 2 nights is about $ 400 with transfer, food and sauna (2 hours).

A good place to relax. Nice pool, nice and spacious rooms. There is a descent to Charvak and even an improvised beach on the territory.As a minus, I can point out poor WiFi and the fact that it does not cover the entire territory. I was also surprised that you can't put a bill for food on the room. It is very inconvenient if you go to the pool and need to carry cash to order something. Payment by cards is possible, but only Uzcard needs to be warned about this. I would like to be able to pay via phone with a Click or something similar.
The waiters do not all speak Russian well, but they try to help. Good and high-quality food in the on-site tea house. The menu is not big, but all the dishes are in place. The service is also fast.
