Ksenia is an insanely pleasant person who listens to visitors, always supports the conversation and treats critics positively, takes into account all wishes. Today, I went with a friend specially for a cup of my favorite halvic rafa, but the prepared drink did not resemble it much (there was practically no halva and the consistency was similar to ordinary coffee with milk). Perhaps the bartender was very busy with the lady at the counter and was in a hurry to return to a nice conversation, but I would like high-quality services.
