The clock tower of Sat-Kula (Sahat–Kula) is the business card of the city, it is depicted on all souvenirs, postcards, flags, etc. Under the clock itself there is a bas-relief "Black Madonna" with the image of the Virgin Mary, it was created on a burnt olive tree and dedicated to King Tvrtko I of Serbia and Montenegro, the founder of the city of Herceg Novi.
On the left in the alley, there are small steps that lead to the second level of the tower, where you can climb and look at the old square.
The tower is a passage. Not a tourist attraction.
BUT, just beyond the passage, to the right, the Mikhail Bulgakov Museum (!) is a museum for a Russian writer on the edge of the earth in the Adriatic. Russian culture - ***!
